Awful

The personnel is not well-informed if not ignorant and, whats more important, not really willing to assist.

Once I wanted to return something I had to wait for 10 min for the manager who never showed up

Note: I'm really disappointed in THAT very branch, not VS on the whole: been to other 3 locations - the service is excellent.
