Blue Nile catered our anniversary party and met our very unique dietary needs with a fantastic parade of food. Despite our strict guidelines, BN came up with a great assortment of dishes and desserts that kept our mouths watering for more. Besides the great food, their chef was eager to please us on a porfessional level and kept the staff waiting on us hand and foot throughout the evening. I would very much recommend Blue Nile to all of my friends and most definately hire them again for my next catered affair!
Pros: Chef understands about special diets, does not skimp on small details.
