I called Songs of Love to pick up my vehicle at 4:45pm on a Friday afternoon. They picked my vehicle up within two hours of my call and I received my tax papers that very weekend via e-mail. The staff was very courteous and professional as was the tow company that picked up my car. I would certainly recommend anyone looking to donate a car to help this worthy cause.
