Not your average hotel

I've stayed in many different hotels in NY, and the Hotel 41 was one of the most interesting. The rooms are tiny, but most affordable hotel rooms are. Get the Superior Room, and it's really not that bad. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, and the bathrooms are a cut above you normal hotel fare.

The staff is excellent. They are there to serve you, and they do a great job. The Bar 41 is a small but nice place for an evening drink, and they serve a continental breakfast every morning that is quite good.

There may be better places to stay, but if good service and great value is high on your list, you would do well to give Hotel 41 a try.
