The movers were on time, efficient and careful with all of our materials. They were very friendly and easy to work with, and were responsive to all of our requests. They put all of our items where we needed them and opened up boxes for us. We have used them in the past and have always been very satisfied with their work. We would not hesitate to use them again for another move, and we would be happy to serve as a reference for anyone considering their services.

They arrived early, loaded with exceptional speed, and then, just got down to the business at hand once they’d gotten down to Manhattan. I have to say that after I called ya’ll I reported on the move to a few friends, and was raving about the experience, and will continue to do so for some time.

You’ll see this is coming in from my business address and by the name I use – Andy Propst (as compared to my legal name William). If it matters, you should tell your guys that they’re getting this not only from a very satisfied customer, but also a theater critic – and as you know, we tend to be pretty tough customers.

Both the sales help that I received (from the illustrious Frank) and the amazing team that was sent on the day of the move (special shout out to Ravid!) were incredibly helpful in ensuring a stress-free and successful move.

Frank spent a great deal of time making sure that I had everything I needed and explained that he had fully answered all of my questions. The four-man team that was sent on the day of the move worked seamlessly together, quickly, efficiently and safely. Thanks to Ravid’s stellar leadership we were also able to get into the new building sooner than expected thus expediting the usually long and painful process of moving.

Most importantly, my bosses were very satisfied and very happy with my choice and the moving coordination that I was entrusted with. I contribute my success solely to the ACE employees who were always so attentive and easy to reach and who were outstanding during the actual move.

I have never had such a good moving experience and I will recommend ACE Moving & storage to anyone who is thinking of hiring movers in the future. I was fully satisfied and I truly appreciate the help I received.

The Quote was competitive, reasonable and transparent

Just moved with these guys - they did a great job. Very helpful on the phone. Movers arrived on time, worked quickly, quietly, and efficiently. They were extremely courteous and treated my belongings with care.

they did did such a great job blanket wraping my furniture they even put plastic covers on my mattress and sofa and did not charge me extra for that.

I couldn't be happier with the service that I received, Thank you! Would highly recommend.

We want to take a few minutes to thank our three men who did an outstanding job with our move this week.

Thank you for taking the time to bring a staff together that do care! They took care in wrapping furniture and fragile items and unpacking to the last box.

they made everything looks so easy, fast & Efficient.

The prices were as low as I could find in town.

I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking to move.

To All Ace Who Assisted With My Move :

i recently relocated to Seattle WA with ace moving & storage. I initially spoke with Diane regarding the move. She was very helpful and accurate in estimating my amount of cubic feet once i went over my furniture list with her. She was also very helpful in how to protect certain precious items.

On the day of the move the truck arrived when scheduled and the movers where terrific. Everything was blanket wrapped and loaded onto the truck efficiency. I have moved 3 other times in the past 10 years and this by far was my best experience. Thank you

to Ace and all it's employees for making a stressful time

Scam artists

Total crooks! These other reviews are from their employees - Eli B below is Eli Ben-Baruch, their manager! They're even scamming citysearch users! I would steer people far away from them! They ended up charging me almost exactly TWICE as much as they had estimated for my storage, saying my boxes were bigger than they expected. My entire apartment was packed and had a dedicated elevator, but even though they say they send three guys, don't believe it. One stays in the truck to load things to fill up the whole truck so they can do more pickups before unloading, one stays in the apartment to move things around and add tape to things that are all set, and only ONE guys moves everything downstairs. This was so painfully slow that I ended up starting to help out of frustration, and they got mad. It's a scam to drag it out and take longer.

They ended up breaking my tv (which they packed) and a bunch of other stuff, and now they're not returning my letters (document everything with these guys!) to actually pay for anything. Total crooks! Don't believe their estimates or professionalism in any way!
