Best Electrolysis in NYC !

If you considering electrolysis, this is where you should go. From the moment you arrive, you feel that you have come to the right place. From the welcoming smile of the receptionist, to the warm and serene ambiance of the waiting room and the treatment room. Ronni is the best...a total professional with a lovely personality and the experience to do what she does best, remove your unwanted hair forever. I am so pleased that I found Ronni and if there were such a thing as the Queen of Electrolysis, she would certainly wear the crown!

I also want to mention that she has three of the most darling, adorable little dogs. They will surely steal your heart, as they did mine.

I am so pleased that I found Ronni Kolotkin and I am confident that you will be extremely happy with her as well.

Five Star Professional

First of all my hair is gone! Forever! But the second fabulous thing is that this place is A+ professional!

If you appreciate a business where you are always taken on time and treated with total respect. Where it is immaculately clean, welcoming and caring. This is the place you've been looking for. I personally am so tired of dealing with businesses where they seem not to care and don't know what they're doing. This place is not cheap, and they have extremely strict policy's, but for me It's worth it to have a place I can count on. And again, my hair is gone! What more can I say? But thank you Ronnie Kolotkin and staff!

Ronni - Professional and Great Results

I've been going to Ronni for over a year now - and let me tell you, you will see results from electrolysis hair removal. I did a ton of research as I was new to the city and Ronni's reviews did not disappoint. I've seen her and also some junior and senior members of her team - they are all good. As long as you follow Ronni's instructions - never pluck or wax btwn treatments - you will definitely see results. The environment is clean, welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend Ronni for all your hair removal needs.

Professional and Effective

I had hairs I was hiding from everyone, including my boyfriend!

I was almost in tears the first time I was there because I was so embarrassed about my problem. The staff were very comforting and reassuring that if I was committed to the procedure (this means no plucking!), that I would be hair free over time.

The hairs are dwindling, and I can see the day when they will be gone for good!

The staff has always been knowledgeable, professional, and courteous; the clinic is clean and peaceful.

My only regret is not doing this sooner!

This is long overdue!

I used to feel my chin for emerging hairs and stubble a million times a day. I compulsively tweezed all the time! I went to Ronnie's place. They told me to stop pulling my hairs! It wasn't easy. I never realized how much hair I actually had. I made a major investment! Dumped the tweezer! Now I feel my chin and it is smooth and entirely hairless! Best investment I ever made! Sorry I waited so long! IT REALLY WORKS!!!

Rejected by Ronni Kolotkin

I went to see Ronni for a free consultation. I have some facial hair that looks dark when I look in the magnifying mirror in the sun. I didn't know if this was normal or what. I went to my appointment ready to sign up for whatever it took to make me look normal. The office I must say was very nice, clean and everyone was welcoming to me. When I spoke to Ronni she seemed very caring and confident. She asked me if she could look at my face close up. I braced myself for her horror at seeing all the hair on the sides of my face. She told me that she really didn't think I had a problem. She said most people come to her with the goal of getting to the point that my face was now. She said that she could take my money and work on me but really didn't think anyone would ever look at me and think I had a problem. WOW! I was so blown away. I left her office and went on a shopping spree with the money I didn't have to spend on Electrolysis! She is for real, sincere and honest! I am so relieved!! Thank you Ronni Kolotkin for not taking me for a ride!

Dream come true!

I have struggled with the nightmare of unwanted hair since I was 12 years old. I tried everything imaginable to get rid of it. Not only did everything not make my problem any better, it kept getting worse. A friend at work told me about Electrolysis. She told me it is a commitment, and does take time and it's a financial investment. I was so desperate! She told me about Ronni Kolotkin. I decided to give it a try. Well, I'm happy to tell you that it really does work. I've been going for about one year. My facial hair is gone. Smooth and hairless. I am now going to tackle my body hair. I had really lost hope of ever ridding myself of this horrible problem. But now I know this is the answer. I would recommend this place to anyone who is seriously committed to ending the "Hair Nightmare" Run, Don't Walk!

LOVE at first visit

I recently had my 1st appointment at Ronni's office. The moment i set foot inside,i knew I had come to the right place. Actually, scratch that, I knew it when i called up to make the appointment. I didn't catch her name but the Ronni's receptionist was so lovely and warm. It was nice to feel like no question was unwelcome. Way to make a newbie feel at ease! Customer service goes far in this day and age. A for the service itself, it exceeded my expectations. Not too painful and she was SUCH a pro. This is going to be the best investment my husband ever makes :P

I was looking around for an electrologist and had a consultation with Ronni. She is a straight shooter about costs. The office is clean and professional. Love the little doggies. Then she showed me her legs. Not a single hair on them. Amazing. I was sold.

I have been going to her for a couple of months now and it is money well spent. While she zaps those hairs, we talk like old buddies. Ronni is so down to earth. I wish I had found her years ago!

Oh, and most importantly, the hairs don't come back!

I go to Ronni Kolotkin's for all my electrolysis treaments. I always go to see either Ronnie or Hila, as they are both fantastic! I don't trust anyone else. Everything in the office is perfectly clean, they do a fantastic job, and they are both very professional. I'm just about completely hairless now!
