The beauty about this studio is that not only can you get a great session in Pilates, Gyrotonic and Migun massage, each teacher is unique so that the experiene is different even when doing the same method with different teachers. That being said, the teachers work closely with one another so that one is always informed about what I did with the other teachers and creates my experience around that! I have tried many other studios where the teachers seemed to all work in a vaccum so I quickly lost interest. I was very out of shape and with many aches and pains when I came to Elisa's studio, and now I truly feel like my body is ready for anything else I want to try. What else can I say? The studio is beautiful, the staff is great as is the community that they have attracted!
