After trying a number of studios and being turned off by the instructers I have so happily crossed the East river to find Elisa Bluming. Not only have I dropped 6 lbs in 1 1/2 months my body feels tight and stong. I throughly enjoy my workouts and Elisa and really knows how to get results.

Pros: knowlegable expertise, beautiful studio, warm energy

Cons: over the east river
