Very experienced and professional instructor located in a wonderful (Zen like) open space. Elisa has clarity in her instuction, an awareness of special individual needs and pushes you to go further in your workout. I never liked to workout before but she has made it fun and enjoyable experiece for me that I look forward to every week. D.C. NYC
