Good Fun!!!!

by belladiamondz

We came here on a Saturday Night, where the back end of this place has more of a lounge vibe, as opposed to the front (which is just sit yourself and eat). The DJ was spinning some awesome HipHop Music...We had a cesear salad which was yummy. The Traditional Pop Burgers (4 mini burgers) were also great! and my favorite were the Lobster Roll sandwiches...you get 4 mini Briosch rolls filled with a lobster salad...delish!!

The vibe and atmosphere is great...I would love to go back and stay for the bar scene as well!

  • Pros: Great DJ/Music, Cool MPD Vibe, Good Finger Foods!
  • Cons: Gross Bathroom

Fancy fast food in a pop-culture-heavy setting.

by Melanie Berliet

A futuristic fast-food counter with a seat-yourself dining nook attracts the local lunch crowd. At night, typical Meatpacking District party-goers traipse through the front en route to the lounge in back, where they drink, dance, or relax on lipstick-red banquettes and pick at plates of mini burgers slathered in Russian dressing. Beverage prices are comparable to most other MePa hot spots, while food prices--although steep compared to McDonald's or Burger King--are reasonable considering that Pop Burger’s food quality and ambience far supersede typical fast food joints. If you're not impressed with the fare, get your money's worth by ducking into the curtained back booth for a complimentary glimpse at whatever pornographic video’s playing.

burgers, broads, and bourbon

by funx10

I've heard of this place for a while but have never been there. I haven't had so much fun since college. The foods delicious believe it or not the lamb chops are amazing. Service was prompt and courteous and the drink selection is nice (i don't see many bars with blanton's bourbon) the cocktail list has something for everybody. And last but not least the crowd was upbeat and fun i'm pretty sure i'd do all of them. i liked it...I liked it a lot

  • Pros: hot chicks
  • Cons: hot dudes (i'm a dude it hurts my odds)

Pop Burger Baby!!!

by sp28

Pop Burger is the place to be when it comes to a good atmosphere and great food. The food, especially the Fillet and the Steak were in its self amazing. I left there feeling full and satisfied. I say go for it if you're looking for a place to have great food and a great place.

  • Pros: great food and music

Great place, delicious cocktails, good food.

by celine101

I went to Pop burger with a few friends, and we had a great time. We tried their special cocktails and they were very tasty. We also had the pop burger and some fries, everything was great, obviously this not a 3 stars restaurant but it s a great spot to chill, have a drink and a small bite. I was surprise to see so many negative reviews about the place. Do not forget that this is Manhattan, and everything might seems over priced. If you want to experience great cocktails and don t mind to pay $15 for 3 burgers go for it. Pop is a cool place.

  • Pros: cocktails and mini burgers

Going there is the only thing in my life I have ever regret doing!

by TMooch

AVOID THIS PLACE: The prices in this place are so overpriced its incredible. 3 white castle burgers for 15 dollars! and it doesn't even come with fries! 5 mozz sticks, 13 dollars! The server was very dude, probably because she was embarrassed that she has to explain to her guests every night that those 3 mirco burgers were 5 dollars each and you get no sides. beers are 8 dollars +. Eating there was an expenisive lesson learned. I will remember to check city search before I got out next time.

Rip off

by burlpark333

$5.00 for two hockey pucks, $2.75 for a coke, rude, slow service. Kinda place I want to spend my money. Do not waste your time. If you want a burger go anywhere else.

  • Pros: none
  • Cons: High priced for what you get.

Heaven!

by foodenthusiast84

After a late night of drinking, Pop Burger is the ideal place to go! It's addicting and probably bad for your health, but their portions are small so you don't feel too guilty eating it. Everything's good there! If you're a fan of White Castle, you'll love Pop Burger cause it's ten times better! It's just another example of your usual trendy nyc eatery in the Meat Packing District where you'll enjoy the food as much as you'll enjoy people watching.

  • Pros: Satisfies Your Late Night Cravings
  • Cons: Extremely Claustrophobic

Totally fine

by catuez

the drinks were pricey, more than the food. the menu options are limited, but it's basically fast food. this place was fun. the food was average, but visually pleasing. our server was a hottie, and very attentive. the lounge and pool table areas are great for hanging with friends. a great casual spot with a little splash of interest and no craziness.

  • Pros: Close to the N/R line
  • Cons: Someone will surely bust their butt walking down the stairs

simply don't go there

by pulsifer

The service is rude, the place has bad decoration, and the food is heavy (especially the fries). For the quality of food, variety on the menu and attitude of the service, it is definitely overpriced.

  • Pros: fast
  • Cons: bad everything else
