Not delivered on time. Unreliable service. If you have pants and shirts for instance, they do not arrive back together. I have used them twice now, and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. If you want your clothes back faster, you should wash them yourself. Don't believe the hype. Big deal if JZ gets his tighty whities washed here. They probably came back a week later.
Pros: Erm, a couple of famous people used them
Cons: LATE LATE LATE, UNRELIABLE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

You e-mailed us tuesday afternoon ,asking us to pick-up and return your clothes as soon as possible.Even if you had brought in your own clothes that afternoon ,there are not too many cleaners who would do cleaning and shirt services in couple of hours.Secondly we do not have someone picking up our e-mail messages as they arrive,since we are not an office.We picked up the clothes wednesday morning and returned to you thursday am.It may not have been what you had in mind ,but that is not a slow service.Also we do not put together laundry shirts and dry cleaning items on the same ticket(since they go to different departments)that is why you do not receive them together.If you need immediate service and attention please use the phone and get a live person to promise you what we can.Your request was done on the computer without our actual promise.Another point,we do not advertise speed(,although we would accomodate)we advertise quality.Again we apologize for the miscommunication.Thanks.
