I work near by so I come to see Nic almost every week, when I come I ask him to surprise me with a new arrangement. He will listen to you and give you exactly what you want and the result is the most gorgeous I have ever seen.

Nic and his staff provided flowers for my wedding. I had a tight budget, but Nic understood my constraints and made some truly wonderful recommendations, came in under budget and treated me with the same level of service as someone who had a much larger budget.

I have been using Starbright for 10 years. Nic is the best and always goes above and beyond to make sure my flowers are perfect. His staff is unmatched. I remember i was in a bind and called SB around 8pm on a Saturday night; the last delivery had already been made but the girl who took my order, must have heard the angst in my voice and magically had flowers delivered backstage to my friend's band that night!! THANK YOU Starbright for being part of all the special moments!

Pros: Thumbs up!

Cons: Not enough of them in the world

I am an event planner and have used Starbright Floral Design for the past year. The staff is composed of some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with! They are extremely accomidating, helpful, and try to meet the customer's every need. Not only is the experience in working with them beforehand a joy, but the flowers are GORGEOUS. I just used their flowers (orchids to be exact) at a Black Tie event and they were stunning. The guests were all eager to get their hands on a centerpiece at the end of the night. For anyone looking for high quality, a responsive & knowledgable staff, and above all beautiful flowers, I would highly recommend Starbright Floral Design!

Pros: Gorgeous flowers. Great staff.

I've dealt with other florist and found that the service and the quality of flowers were in poor taste. Nic and his team at Starbrite are GREAT. They made me feel like I was the only customer in the world. We at the Marriott Marquis use Starbrite and are extremely happy with them.

Pros: They meet our every need.

The hotel we were staying at for our wedding weekend recommended Starbright. They used Starbright for their floral arrangements, and all we had to do was to look around the lobby to see how good a florist they are! On a scale of 1 to 10, Nic is a 15! He perfectly matched my dress with flowers and made a bouquet for me that made my dress look like it came alive! The flowers for the men and other attendants at the wedding were also perfect. Most of all, Nic made us feel like my husband and I were the most important customers he had! Thank you, Nic.

This florist has the best customer service, everyone is nice and help you with everything that you need, thers is no such a thing that this florist does not have particular flower. The flowers are always fresh adn beautiful. It is open 7 days a week and there is no any problems to deliver on time. Trust t me if anyone will go to this store, you will have the best exprience.

Starbright Floral is the best. Nic (the owner) handled my floral arrangements for my wedding and they did a sensational job in setting up the wedding bouquets, reception hall and church. I was very happy with my decision with choosing Starbright as my florist. Nic and his staff are very creative with their floral arrangements. He works within your budget and is on time with delivery. I highly recommend Starbright to you.

Starbright handled all my floral arrangements for my wedding at Battery Gardens and the team provided great arrangements with top quality fresh flowers. I am happy I decided on Starbright after considering three of the other top floral designers, truly the best in service and in design.

I used Starbright for my wedding a few weeks ago and was so unimpressed (slightly angry). I chose this business based on the loads of good reviews on Citysearch but am really regretting that decision now. My experience with the staff leading up to the event was not good. The staff members I dealt with were arrogant and impatient. I was pretty specific about what I wanted for my centerpieces and was assured that I would get it. I did not. at all. The centerpieces were not worth the money. My bouquet was a disaster. We had to send it back to the shop on my wedding day because the flowers were brown and the arrangment was not acceptable. The second bouquet just came back with less flowers. Overall, I'd say it was the biggest waste of money and the biggest disappointment of my overall wedding experience. Thankfully I decided to make all of the bridesmaid bouquets and entrance table bouquet myself because I didn't want to pay $50 for a measley 3 flower bouquet. Instead I paid $50 for a large bunch of flowers (at a shop down the street) and made 4 bouquets and an entrance table arrangment. They were beautiful and stayed fresh for at least 2 weeks. Maybe if I'd have worked with the owner of the shop my experience would've been better, I just would not recommend anyone take the chance, especially with an important event like a wedding.
