Watch Out, this is a very bad company

First Mr. Lock reduced the quantity of my order (due to short stock). I agreed to a reduced quantity. Then they failed to ship the correct padlocks (keyed alike). One was in a package so old it could have come off the Titanic. Then, when I politely emailed their customer service agent (Wade M) about the problem, he emailed "HELLO" you did not check the keyed alike box (which I clearly did on the first order before they reduced the qty.). I then emailed him to ask if his stock situation had changed and I could order a larger quantity, his nasty reply was "HELLO" use the link (which worked so well before.....). This is a sloppy, poorly run, arrogant company. RUN, DON'T WALK!
Service call sucked!

Had to pay for a service fee of $29 for no work don. I think their fees were too high to have the work done. $139 for opening the door & $79 for the lock changed. So it would have cost me $250 for everything... Ridiculous! Yes, I walked away.
The greatest locksmith service in NYC!

I own a three family home in Queens and since all of my tenants are female decided to install new high security locks.
Mr. Locks' technician, Tom, arrived at 8 a.m. to install 3 Multi-T locks and a four camera security system. This guy worked hard all day, not even stopping for lunch, and would only accept a bottle of cold water from all the drinks I offered him. The job took over 12 hours to complete and when finished worked perfectly. Tom was completely professional with a nice sense of humor and I found him to be knowledgeable technician. He explained how the security system worked, made all the duplicate keys I needed, and finally went on his way around 10p.m.
Two days later I made an error in programming the security cameras, phoned Mr. Locks, and Tom arrived at 9 p.m.to fix my mess and again explained how to operate the system to me.
I would highly recommend Mr. Locks for the services they performed for me.

AWFUL SERVICE. BE CAREFUL

I've had continuously bad service from Mr . Locks. They are rude and misquote every project. They continued to send me technicians that actually did not know how to do the job and made the situation worse. They convinced me to install my alarm with them (ADT IS FAR BETTER) and gave me cameras that always have issues. They ruined my intercom and then asked me to pay for a new one...It's a complete scam.
I would NEVER use them again or ever recommend them.

Locksmith gave me an estimate on safe combination change work which was pretty impressive and sent locksmith that was prompt, arrived very quickly and professionally changed the combination.

It was my first time with any locksmith and I was a bit concerned how they would be but you don’t believe, locksmith treated me like a friend and I was so comfortable with him. I asked him to install a new lock in my door and I got the work done as I needed. Thank you Mr. Locks for the help.

Mr. Locks: Locksmith In New York rocked. Worked nicely and fixed door problem in minutes. I asked many locksmiths but they were charging too high for a simple door repair work. Mr. Locks price suited me best. I didn’t face any problem dealing with these guys. At last, locksmith was very courteous and helping. Thank you so much.

Mr. Locks is proficient!!!!. I used them for the first time yesterday. I wanted to have robust lock and to re-key a deadbolt. I called in the morning and a tech arrived within 15 min after my call. He was fabulous in terms of his services, he did the work within 10 min and provided me 20% discount for new client.
This Company does not Stand Behind their Product

My housing coop bought an intercom and security camera system from this company.
The install of the security camera system went well, and had no problems in the beginning.
The install of the intercom went horrible. The technician was rude. Their installation was sloppy and not even consistent with the level of installation the same company had done for the security camera system. They made extra holes in our metal work that they never filled in. They didn't terminate their conduit piping.
The intercom they installed NEVER worked correctly. They would not honor their 1 year warranty. They claimed that it was our fault for picking an intercom that wasn't their recommended intercom. Yet they had no problem selling us this intercom they "didn't recommend" for a markup and making a profit on it! I spent a year trying to deal with the company with the owner trying to convince me to buy the recommended intercom (again at a markup). Ultimately I had to go through the intercom manufacturing company to get anything accomplished. 1.5 years later and the intercom is still not working properly.
My company paid money for a working intercom system and never got one!
Now my security cameras have just come out of their 1 year warranty, and they are starting to fail. I contacted the company and they want me to buy a new camera from them at a markup. For the security cameras I ONLY used the models they recommended. So they don't have that excuse this time. But they are holding firm to the fact that the camera is out of warranty. Despite the fact that I didn't pay $10,000 for a security camera system that would only last one year.
Do NOT deal with this company. They will not honor their contracts. They will sell you crap merchandise. And then when it breaks they will try to convince you to buy more crap merchandise from them!

Been on a very sticky situation a couple of days ago - don't want to go too deep into the details, as my landlord might find this story one day. I'll just say that a lost set of keys, a grown cat, and a locksmith were all involved in it.
mr locks guy (Shay?) was great. Pricing seemed reasonable. Like my feedback's on ebay, i can say this was a smooth transaction.
