Due to some problems I had with a former tenant of mine – I had to change the door locks in my apartment. I called a few NY locksmith companies, most of them said it’ll take at least 5,6 hours before they’ll be able to send someone. As this was urgent to me, I continued searching for someone that would send a locksmith within an hour. Finally I came across Mr-Locks. I called; they said their policy is to arrive within 30 minutes. Lo and Behold, within 20 minutes a polite and nice guy (sorry forgot the name...) came, solved the issue, gave me a truly fair rate – and that was it. Thank you for a job well done!
