Outstanding Car Service

Their treatment is outstanding. I believe I get more than my money's worth, in terms of reliability, communication, and cost (which is comparable to car services who do not give the same quality service). I have used several New York car services. This is the best I have found.

Definitely Great!

We used them for the first time recently when our teenager was flying into NYC by herself and we needed safe, reliable transportation to and from the airport. I would definitely use them again!

The reservation process was very professional. They did exactly what they said they would do in a professional manner at the price they quoted. Nothing shady about this group! I highly recommend them.

Outstanding, friendly, courteous, dependable

I use Regal Carriage every time I visit New York, and I am continually impressed. When I call to book, the office staff is friendly and courteous, the drivers are polite and knowledgeable, and the cars are very nice - clean, well-maintained, and classy. Regal has gone out of its way for me several times and has earned my loyalty. I highly recommend Regal Carriage.

No, no and NO!

I wanted to like Regal Carriage - I really did. I really researched the various car services in New York, and I liked that the people who took my reservation on the phone were so friendly.

But everything went seriously downhill from there.

My plane was delayed, and my driver informed me that he had been waiting at the airport for me for two hours. He told me he wasn't able to track my flight - what? Since when? Most car services do just that and do it well.

He led me to his SUV - NOT a town car as requested - and it smelled bad inside. He told me it was actual his personal vehicle.

I asked him to tell me how much money in waiting charges I was going to have to pay since he was waiting at the airport, and he acted very evasive.

He then told me it would $200!!! My original reservation was about $100 for everything - parking, tolls, even tip.

When I told him this, he informed me in no uncertain terms that he really doesn't get a tip from the company - basically trying to get me to give him more!

When I told him $200 seemed high and requested he call his company, he reluctently did so. I SPECIFICALLY heard the main office tell him the amount originally agreed upon, and then tell him that the total was "ALL INCLUSIVE."

He hung up and told me they were wrong!!!

"What they said was that amount is exclusive, so you still have to pay waiting times and parking," he said. WHAT? That didn't even make sense!

It was horrible. There I was, my first time in the city, and instead of being able to enjoy Manhattan, I was having to argue with my driver who was trying to swindle an additional $200 from me!

FInally, we arrived at my hotel, and I asked for a receipt. He actually wrote down the previously agreed upon amount, but suspiciously circled tip, waiting and parking. I had to call the main office and make sure the amount wasn't changed.

The Definition of Classy!

These guys are the best! I recently called them because I needed a ride to the airport for a business trip. They were very courteous on the phone and got me squared away quickly and hassel free. The second I hung up the phone, I received an e-mail confirmation regarding my booked ride. If that wasnt enough after they dropped me at the airport, my flight got cancelled. I needed to get to Atlanta within 24 hours, or my company was going to take a massive financial loss. Not only did they circle back to pick me up, but they actually drove me in the snow none the less, all the way to Atlanta. How many companies would go out of their way like that for a first time customer. I was in absolute amazement. Needless to say, they saved me and my company from a major disappointment. It is very hard to find friends more or less a business who are willing to do whatever it takes to help someone else out. I told my Boss about the events that had transpired and he was so in awe, he made them our official limousine service. So from now on, whenever we need a ride anywhere or for anyuthing, we call Regal Carriage. If personability, accountability, reliability and concistency are important to you in choosing a car service, this is the one for you. I would reccommend them to anyone and everyone. They drove to Atlanta on no notice inthe middle of a snow storm. I still can't believe it!

Always there when you need them.

I had been using my hometown taxi company and/or a nearby limo service to and from the NYC airports for my monthly out of town trips. After being stood up once at JFK by the taxi service and then next having the limo break down in the toll lane of the LGA parking garage, I asked around for a reliable car service.

I've used Regal Carriage at least a dozen times since then and have only good things to say.

They are just the best: on-time and reliable, with clean and well maintained vehicles of all types and sizes. And if you think that's not important, try getting to Newark airport for a trip to Hawaii with a wife and 2 daughters and 7 suitcases in a sedan. Regal Carriage sent an SUV and we and our luggage fit very comfortably.

I've tried most every other option and these folks are stand-outs.

They really are superb.

In a word... "Reliability"!

I am very impressed with this service because they're always ONTIME, (Even on short notice) and with a clean car. This usually is a great start to a dreaded business trip... "Initiative"

This is one of the most professional companies I have ever used. I never have problems with the drivers not being on time, nothing. If you're not using them you need to start.

Excellent Service

I really liked this service -- They are on time, professional, and the cars are great. I ask for a regular car and most often get a Mercedes at no extra cost. I am now using this service all the time and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a no hassle reliable expereince.
