Jared Rappoport

I have been training with Jared for 3 months and have lost over 20 lbs. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Jared. He is an excellent trainer with a clear vision of how to get you where you want/need to be. He is everything I was looking for in a trainer: flexible, focused, motivating, supportive, kind and patient. I interviewed many trainers at several facilities, I am 100% confident I made the right choice in working with Jared and recommend him to anyone who is looking to make serious changes in their body and/or achieve real fitness goals.

Jared is an excellent trainer!

I was referred to Jared Rappoport for personal training because my workout routine was stuck in a rut and not producing the results that I wanted. I had specific goals that I wanted to achieve with weight training and nutrition. Jared took all of my goals and requests into consideration and tailored a plan for myself. I have now been training with Jared for 5 weeks now and will be going on to my sixth week with him. I could not be more pleased with the results that I have achieved through training with him. I have learned how to train and eat properly to achieve the goals and results that I want. With every workout I feel challenged and leave learning something new that is beneficial to maintaining my new results.

If you want to exceed your fitness goals and are looking for proven results I would defiantly recommend Jared. He gives an excellent workout routine and nutrition plan that challenges you and shows results.

Geo Changed My Life!!

In October 2009 I came to Geo, already feeling lucky to have found him. My husband had been working out with him for 9 months and looked ten years younger and genuinely re-energized. Sure, I was nervous and didn’t want to get thick or boxy, but right away I could see that Geo is a complete professional when it comes to women’s health. Not only does he help tons of brides get svelte before the Big Day, he works closely with expectant mothers through every stage of pregnancy and also gives talks on women’s health. Geo’s supportive approach creates an environment of trust in which you feel safe enough to push yourself to new levels of fitness. It’s always wonderful when people ask me “How do you stay so skinny?” and “Where do you get all your energy?”

Train with Bob

In November, after recovering from shoulder surgery, I decided it was time to get my act together and to get in shape. I went to NYPT and they set me up for a trial sessions with Bob.

Since then, I've been training with Bob about 2 times a week and am now stronger and in better shape than I ever have ever been. Bob keeps the workouts intersting with many different types of exercies and always makes the most efficient use of your time at the gym.

Training at NYPT with Bob is an excellent investment and I highly recommend it.

Bob DeSena Personal Training's Best

New York Personal Training was the best choice for me after researching well known brand named urban gyms and sports clubs.

Having been injured and out of commission for six months, I needed to rebuild my endurance and body strength.

A professional staff of personable well educated and certified trainers, Initially, you are interviewed and asked to clarify your goals in order to create a program to achieve your personal goals.

My initial evaluation of muscular strength and endurance testing was conducted by Michael Shaw, the owner. Ed, NYPT studio manager is who suggested I train with Bob DeSena, and set up an appointment with Gio the nutritionist for a personalized diet balancing out food intake compatible with physical exertion.

Bob immediately understood that it was necessary first to rebuild my core strength and endurance through mat exercises and light weights, before weight lifting. Focusing on form to achieve lean muscle mass to avoid injury.

Having met another client of NYPT who trains with Bob. I observed his client's training session. I was amazed to learn after watching a rigorous and impressive workout that the client, like myself had been severely injured and through strategic training had regained and improved his health and strength.

NYPT keeps personal achievement logs on the clients they train. Every four weeks you are reassessed for comparative analysis to keep on track to achieve your goals.

Ask for Jared

I went to NYPT a few months ago because I just couldn't get motivated on my own. The place has a good set up so you don't feel self-conscious, everyone is doing their own thing. I started with Jared and he's been great. He's encouraging but he doesn't tolerate any excuses ! I really like that he's always available by text if you need a quick tip about diet or you're working out on your own. He's also careful about pushing you but making sure you don't injure yourself, so you really feel like you can trust him to balance making progress and being cautious. Go for NYPT and ask for Jared!

Best Personal Training Experience

I've done personal training but have always been disappointed with the results at "chain gyms". I decided to joing NYPT after a friend recommended it to me and because I had six months to look good before my wedding.

Jared was the man in getting me in shape. He understood my goals and created a program, combined with nutrition, to help me reach where I wanted. I'm the most fit I've ever been and I owe it all to Jared. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality personal trainer who will deliver results.

Train with Jared

I have been working out with Jared Rappoport for almost a month now and people are seeing changes in me already. He has intense training exercises and really pushes you to do them right.

Before you walk in the studio, you have your diet plan (made by geo). Training and diet go hand in hand, if you are unable to follow diet, take a break figure things out and start both of them together. Following exercises and not diet or vice versa wont help.

Jared has useful tips for the diet as well, i try to follow them to my best level and its really working for me. I would recommend Jared to people who want to achieve a healthy outlook/lifestyle.

Incredible Transformation

I've been working out with Geo since July of 2010. I am a teacher who deals with an incredible amount of stress daily. I was a mess when a friend recommended NYPT. The space is clean, the staff knowledgeable and polite. Mike, the boss, is friendly and approachable. Geo's workouts are intense and his nutrition plan is tough but after close to a year, the results are becoming noticeable. He is patient with all your inquiries. The fat just seems to be dropping off, the self-esteem levels are high and my outlook on life, much more positive, to say the least. The rush I get from trying on clothes that didn't fit me once but now fit INCREDIBLY, is awesome. At work, everyone not only notices the physical change, but they also notice the change in attitude. I would definately recommend Geo and NYPT as a way to transform your physique and your life!

Ive been working out with Geo for the past 3 month.

Besides that I lost so much weight I am just feeling great and fit!

His workouts are fun and hard but he knows how to push you and it helps you so much.

He arranged a perfect and a varied diet plan for me.

Combining his diet and his training I can see great results on my body.

He is the best!!!
