You might be put on hold for 10 minutes, but it is worth calling ahead anyway to make sure they have what you are looking for. If you are looking for something popular there is a good chance they don't have it. Like bose noise cancelling headphones, decent wii games, any new movies...generally nothing you can use a gift card to buy. If they have what you want you can buy it online and pick it up there in some cases. There aren't many other choices on the UES so hopefully they have what you are looking for and there's not a line of 20 people waiting to check out. Their prices are decent, but I sent in a rebate once I never received, so I don't recommend counting on that in your pricing.
Pros: convenient for ues, good prices, possibly fast
Cons: more likely slow and what you want just sold out or isn't sold there

GREAT COLOR, FRIENDLY TO EYES. GREAT SERVICE, NO HOUNDS, EMPLOYEE WITH KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS, BUT OF COURSE, I CAN'T LEAVE OUT GEEKSQUAD. GREAT DISCOUNT/PRICES!!!
