In town for only a day, we had a VERY short time restraint. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate us and we ended up seeing more places than we expected. I highly recommend their services.

I appreciated the follow-up and continued line of information. He was courteous and willing to answer all of my questions and as a first time renter in NYC I had a lot. He presented all of the options so I could qualify for that apartment I wanted

Destination Real Estate helped us find the perfect apartment. They were kind, knowledgeable, and understanding of our needs. Best of all, they found us an amazing place at an amazing price. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went here mostly because of the attractive prices, but the agent really had good knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions. I also liked being driven to the properties, much better than walking or having to take the subway from place to place.
Pros: wayy cool fish tank 8-), actually had places in my price range

Customer service was excellent. Agent (Lawrence) knew the areas well. Was willing to talk to me about spaces and was honest. The spaces shown were decent. I liked the second place a little better than the 1st but neither were exactly what I'm looking for in an apartment.
Pros: Hooked me up with 2 slices of pizza!
Cons: Apartment layout could have been better.

I thought Lawrence was professional, courteous and sincere. I felt like he listened to our needs and did his best to meet them. I appreciated that he didn’t seem like he was trying to sway us in our decision making and respected our concerns. The lease process was a quick one and any questions, which weren't many, were answered.
Pros: Very understanding and easy to work with people.

Probably one of easiest deals I've encountered in the past few years. I liked that it was quick and that we weren’t nickled and dimed.

Very courteous and helpful. He showed us several places we weren’t planning to see originally ( I guess they just came on to the market), which led us to find the perfect apartment. -A copy of this is at Destination's office.
