Absolute Death Pest Elimination

I've been visited by Absolute Death many, many times because I live in a place that is unfortunately ideal for bedbugs. Little by little, the bedbugs have been eliminated from each bedroom. The bedbugs in my room have been especially persistent, but so are the guys from Absolute Death. They are super friendly and nice. They are flexible with scheduling, even when they are booked. They return my calls and calm my fears. They answer a million questions every time we talk. They are thorough and professional. They know everything about the chemicals they are using and why. They honor their 30-day guarantee respraying policy, which I very much appreciate due to my repeat visits. I have suffered many other kinds of pestilence in my life and have often been treated like a leper or freak - such is not the case with Absolute Death. Even though I've had a bedbug problem for months, they are still really patient and not judgemental. I highly recommend them to anyone with a bedbug or other sort of pest problem. Plus their company name is both serious and hilarious.

Pros: Knowledgeable, patient, flexible, reliable

Cons: A little expensive, but not everyone needs to be sprayed as many times as me...

I am writing to thank the guys at Absolute Death for helping me in a very difficult and stressful situation. I called them to come and treat for bedbugs when I started getting these very strange bites which were different from any bites I'd ever had before. I began to suspect bedbugs shortly after getting these bites. EVERYONE that I spoke to at Absolute Death was beyond helpful. They took alot of time speaking to me and listening to me and explaining what the process would be like. They answered all of my questions, never lost patience and followed through with everything they promised. They have perfected the art of customer service and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. They stand behind their work and if you need them to come back, they are still as nice as they were the first time. Customer Service should be part of their name- thanks guys.

Pros: Frank, Mike and Anthony are pros!!

Cons: cant think of any!

First of I called Absolute Death and Frank answered the phone he was very helpful with everything took his time to explain everything and the process with the bedbugs my wife and I had. He told me what I needed to know and also sent me an e-mail explaining the whole process. I couldn't believe there was some much work to get rid of these pest. As I called the next day Absolute Death came to my house and went to town with these pest wow I couldn't believe it. I like the the fact that they didn't waste time and started to exterminate these little pest. My wife was happy that we called Absolute death because now we live happy and pest free. I recommend these people to anyone I can't believe the service they provide for me. I would use them again for anything. thank you absolute death our home is safe again.

This exterminator is a hoax. First of all, all of their posts seem manufactured. Everybody is all happy, yet when they come to my home, they nearly exterminated my dog. I had to move into hotel for 4 days as i had rashes all over my body from the stuff they used. This is the second time i had to use them. To be honest the first time, i was ok with their services. Howver, this time i had a MAJOR ISSUE WITH THEM!!! They should be more careful with how they spray, and what they spray. The customer service representatives are respectful, and polite, however thats where this place begins to go downhill. Stay away from this sham of a company at all costs. These guys are hooligans at best, and it is a travesty the way i was treated after i complained about the hardship i endured. These guys should cut out their fiascos and shananigans, they are a danger to our society. I really am fearful that a place like this conducts business to begin with. I am going to find out what agency overseas this type of business. I am going to m ake a complaint as this place needs to be checked and inspected as they run a sloppy business... Sure they take my money all professional and all, but when i had an issue, iwas quickly treated like a nobody, shame on Absolute Death, i will do my best to complain and shut them down. Tomorrow i will call DCA and find out, and take action via court as i have gotten no where with them! STAY AWAY! Just read the fake almost monotononous posts here, as i see some have warned before.

Pros: Quick service to rob me blind at night!!

Cons: Everything after you get off the phoine with their nice phone person

The service is extremely well and helpful. Ever since i began using their service the rodent problem has really calmed down. The workers are well mannered and i appreciate their services.

These guys are thes best and when they say DEATH, they mean death. They will work with you on yor particular set of circumstances, evaluating the situation form all angles. They understand that our lives are complicated and work with us to establish a relationship that works towards absolute death, and in my case, bedbugs extermination. I appreciate how they followed through with their word, gave tough, sound advice, and gave my home hope for a better future, free of these pesky evil creatures. Thanks guys!

they were quite accomodating and very experienced. only bad thing is that my cell phone suspiciously went missing the day day of the extermination but i can't be sure it was them.

Absolute Death Pest Elimination could not be a more professional or friendly company. Frank and everyone that works with the company are true experts when it comes to the pests that come into our NYC homes. I am a female that lives on her own and is absolutely TERRIFIED of all things pest related. When I found a critter in my apartment a few nights ago, I knew I had to get rid of it. When the Absolute Death technicians arrived to critter-proof my apartment, they showed up with smiles on their faces and happily answered every single one of my many questions. Then, that same evening, my critter was caught on one of the traps they set out! I could not be happier with my experience and recommend Absolute Death whole-heartedly to anyone and everyone that may have a problem. As long as I live in NYC I won't use any other company for pest control. They're the BEST!!!!

I used Absolute Death twice, once for a very bad waterbug problem and the second time I trusted them to do a preventative treatment on a new apartment. Both times I have used them I had a wonderful experience! As a self proclaimed bug-phobic type of person, I would never choose someone I didnt trust. They were very knowledgable and explained everything to me in detail and were ALWAYS able to answer my questions. They were relaible, on time, quick and extremely professional. You dont fine many people who are as friendly and relaible as the team at Absolute Death! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone!
