often visit with my friends or even alone, and everytime I leave full and with a smile on my face. It has great service and not so bad prices!!

Was just in there thurs night to watch the West Virgina game. The place has a lot of TVs, and the crowd was into the game. A lot of tap beers to choose from. Had the nacho platter, which was huge! The service was good. Would recommend going there for any big sporting event. The rest of Grammercy park is lacking any other sports bars.
Pros: Great TVs to watch the game

went there this sat night for the halloween party. everyone was dressed up and having a good time. we weren't going to stay there all night but we were having so much fun we stayed until closing!

Had a great time at the Copper Door - met with friends after a play - lots of fun people and the bartender was wonderful - ask for Brian - a fireman from Harlem - really nice and adorable!

The service is horrible. You can’t get a drink, place an order for food or get the check in a timely fashion. The place will probably go bankrupt like Vonage.

I loved it. I had so much fun with all my friends And There was this real hot bartender i had my eye on the whole night!!!!!!

What a great bar! I had the best time. The drinks were inexpensive and well made. The place was crowded and they played really good music. The staff was very friendly. I will definately go to Copper Door again, its my new favorite bar!

I must say I am a little suprised with the mixed reviews for copper door. I have been going there for about 5 months now, and have enjoyed myself every time. Sunday "Brunch" is a great place to watch football, and the bartender John is great. He knows you by name and is a lot of fun. However, you should realize what you are getting yourself into. this is a bar. They serve bar food. people who are looking for a crazy night life should not go here. but it's a great place for friends to hang out and chat and drink cheep drinks. plus, hte waitreses are cute and the beer is cold.

I can see this place being ok when it's empty, but I would steer way clear on big game days/nights. Went there last night for USC v. UT, and the staff was totally unprepared. Only one waitress for the entire place, bartender had trouble getting the tv's (which were poor quality to begin with) to work properly -- we were watching Family Feud instead of the pre-game, and the sound was out of sync for the whole game -- and the below average food took an hour to arrive.
Pros: Good wings
Cons: service, poor televisions, food
