I got a facial here-- and it seemed to be like ordering chicken at a steakhouse. The salon is known for hair-- not facials. The extractions were not great-- and the aethetician was pushing products hard the whole time. Also, I am tall-- and I barely fit in the backroom where the service was given. I wouldn't go back for a facial. --- Response to the business response: Thanks for taking time to read my response. I was not having a bd day when I wrote the review, just giving my impression of my experience. I am 6 feet tall and thin, but did still feel cramped. I could not find the name the woman who did my facial. The fact that you do look at these reviews shows your business cares deeply about client relations, so I may come back for a service in the future.

Pros: discount for first timers, business that cares

Cons: hard-core product push, lame extractions, cramped quaters

Dear Miss manhattanwoman1 We apologize that you did not enjoy your Facial Service. For all of our clients, we recommend our products that were used during the service and give samples to try. I would like to know with whom you had your service and when? You can check this information in your receipt. We had 2 aestheticians but have since let go of one who didn’t match our standards. Now to address the issue of the bed being too small, it is a standard bed good for up to 6 foot and 300 pounds, it is specially for these type of services and our male clients fit comfortably, so I don’t see where the problem lies. Yes we are a salon that specialized in Hair, but we are a full service beauty salon and our Aesthetician is duly trained and certified by the famous French company that provides our products. Now please come back to our salon and try another Facial with us. Maybe you were having a bad day when you wrote 4 different reviews in almost one day and it can be confusing to do so.
