It is so rare in this city to find an health care practitioner who listens, cares, spends a significant amount of time with you in each visit (especially the first took 1.5 hours and covered everything about me!), the staff is warm and friendly and attentive and gives me insurance form each visit and always properly coded, calls back in a timely fashion, they always answer my questions. Not to mention I have seen both Juliette Aiyana & Jessica Silver for treatments and they are both wonderful healers. A few months ago I started at a another acupuncture clinic, before I found this one, where they didn't spend time with me, didn't explain anything and strangers - not the acupuncturist, gave me the massage and someone else took out the needles. I felt weird and uncomfortable. But at Aiyana acupuncture you get individual attention and the acupuncturists give you all the care, with a high quality care. they gave me lots of hadnouts about nutritition and foods that can help heal my conditions. Juliette also taught me about mindfulness meditation (non-religious) and breathing techniques. Since I have stomach problems they showed me how to massage my abdomen which feels really good and helps so much! I also lost 5 pounds because they got my digestion flowing normally and I changed my diet accroding to the recommendations and the acupuncture treatments gave me more energy so I felt like going to the gym more. Well I could go on and on but basically they are well worth the money, better then the others I have seen in NYC.

Pros: open good hours, gives me bill to send to insurance

Cons: NONE!

I have been going to Aiyana Acupuncture for a long time and Juliette has been wonderful! She has helped me with many problems and was the only one who could help with a pinched nerve I suffered from a car accident. I highly recommend trying Aiyana Acupuncture.

I have only rarely, in my life, met a health care professional who is so truly concerned with treating and overcoming my problem. Ms. Aiyana always takes the time to fully explain what she does and talks to me on a level of intelligence that I deserve and appreciate. She has made me much more aware of the causes of health problems. She's always willing to take whatever time I need to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable and secure. And finally, her treatments do work! Her skill amazes me.

Pros: Warm, Intelligent, Effective!

Ms. Aiyana has cured me for tendinitis in just 4 treatments, has treated patellar tracking disorder enabling me to walk, ride my bike and quite frankly, enhance the quality of my life without having to use prescription meds and, worse of all, worry about their side effects. Ms. Aiyana never rushes her time with her patients and always lends a sensitive and compassionate ear to my complaints. If only all doctors spent this amount and quality time with their patients. She is terrific and highly effective-I urge you to see her!

The acupuncture that I recieved from Juliette Aiyana worked in treating my problem and also to prevent it from reoccuring. I appreciate her effort to keep me well-informed on how the treatment is working and what I can change in my diet and exercises to help recovery and to keep me healthy. All & all, I have had a great experience at the Aiyana Center.

I have been to other acupuncturists in NYC and on the west coast. Ms. Aiyana is very professional and friendly. She educates you about diet, herbs, stretching...whatever you need and I can understand how to take care of myself. Sometimes I have not been able to communicate with an acupuncturist because they don't speak English or because they didn't take the time, like she does.

Pros: late hours
