I have used Maid For You New York a couple of times now and am happy to say that I happily recommend them to anyone looking for prompt, professional service. They were on time and the maid was hard working and quick!

We have been using maid for your new york for about 1 year now. I can only say good things about their service. My wife loves the fact that we can get our dry cleaning done trough their website. They are always very nice on the phone and I do appreciate the follow up they do to most of our order to make sure all went right. Would certainly recommend it to anyone.

I tried Maid For You NY for the first time about 8 months ago when I was moving into my apartment. The old tenants left the place filled with garbage and very dirty. I called alot of places before I decided on Maid For You NY. Even though the rates are a little higher than most companies when I called the customer service was very professional and made me fell confident the job would get done right. So I decided to give them a try. After the service was done I was very suprised at how clean everything was and how fresh smelling my new apartment was. The maid really went out of her way to make sure everything was done right. I have been using them to clean my apartment every week since then. (and yes they did give me a reduced rate for the weekly cleaning :)) Anyone looking for a real good cleaning company should give them a try.

I have been a customer of Maid for You New York for almost a year and I am extremely pleased with the maids who have been cleaning my home. They always do a thorough job and leave my home sparkling clean every time. I have also used their carpet cleaning services and highly recommend them. Customer satisfaction seems to be their #1 priority! The maids are always on time and very meticulous!

Maid for You New York has been highly professional and totally reliable. The people they have sent are qualified, experienced and pleasant. They show up on time and work hard. When someone is absent, the company sends a replacement. The company always answers the phone and is totally responsive to requests. I highly recommend them.

Pros: Relaible, on time, great customer service, experienced personnel

Cons: Expensive

I am delighted with the service provided by Maid For You New York. Service is professional and on time. Apartment is cleaned quickly and efficiently. Judith is willing to work around children and pets and does not mind changing her routine. I enjoy coming home and seeing how wonderfully Judith has cleaned my apartment. Sharon Sturm

Just a quick note to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service you should use Maid For You New York. Me and my wife have used many services and private people over the years and have always resulted in some problem. We either would come home and find the cleaner never came or they came and something was broking or even our worst case was to find things were missing. We have been using Maid For You New York for the last 3 years and have always had great service. The cleaners go above and beyond to make your home not only look clean but always use this great fragrance to let you know they were there the minute you walk inside. The office staff is always polite and willing to make last minute changes. So we recommend any NY to use them!

Cons: Absolutely None

My apartment was a mess and because of my work schedule I would not have the time to clean it before my mom came to visit. I was a little worried about using a cleaning service especially because I would not be able to be there for the appointment. I would have to leave the key with the doorman. I had no choice my mom was coming in 2 days. I called several companies before scheduling my appointment with Maid For You I called several other companies most of the time just getting an answering machine. I spoke with the rep from Maid For You who described in detail the service that sounded perfect for my apartment. She gave me a price and took my credit card information so I didn't have to worry about leaving cash for when the maid arrived. Later that night i arrived home and I couldn't believe I was walking into my apartment. It was spotless. The pillows neatly on the couch, all the magazines stacked perfectly on the table, the kitchen floor looked clean enough to eat off of, the bathroom has never been so white. I have 2 cats so they tend to leave hair all over the apartment especially under the sofas & under the bed but there was no hair anywhere. I was so pleased with the service I have been using the company every other week to keep up my apartment and I've never been disappointed with the quality of the service or the staff. I recommend them to everyone I know.

They've shown up twice and done a decent job, but they have failed to show up twice. You may consider 50:50 odds to be fairly decent, but both times when they've failed to show up, no one has bothered to call to let me know why someone isn't coming. When I call back during M-F (b/c no one ever picks up the phone on a weekend), they're extremely apologetic and they offer to send someone the next day, but that's never to my convenience but to theirs. Also, when I called them the first time to get a quote, I was told very clearly that if you're put on a schedule there's a discount. When I got on the schedule, they didn't give me a discount but claimed that the original price quoted was the discounted rate - that doesn't make any sense b/c I wasn't on a schedule the first time I had called and hadn't said at that time I would get onto a schedule, so why would they givef a discounted rate at the beginning? In short, try someone else, and don't waste your time on these guys.
