I had no experience in apartment renovations when I contacted OMG Contract. From the first meeting to the last detail my renovation was an exciting experience, full of discoveries. Orion Guy of OMG helped me make the decisions that would add up to a beautiful, comfortable home. Choosing appliances, cabinets, granite, tile, flooring, and other materials took me into a complex new world of unfamiliar terms and brand names. The OMG team worked with my schedule, which included moving out for 2 months, then "camping out" in my bedroom (with my 2 cats) for a couple more months, while the work progressed. The job came in on budget and reasonably on time (certain complications could never have been foreseen). My project included a new kitchen, new floors, scraping an dpainting the ceiling and walls, new doors, granite windowsills, new light fixtures, and many other details. I am currently gathering ideas and saving money toward a bathroom renovation, and I plan to call on OMG again for the job. Best of all, the OMG team is familiar with the regulations and restrictions that govern Manhattan buildings, so there was minimal friction with my building staff and managers. Three cheers for OMG!

We had a wonderful experience w/ OMG. We've now used them on 2 different projects. First to tear down some walls, and electrical work. Then, they completely gutted, and renovated our bathroom. We are extremely happy w/ all of their work, especially the bathroom! They were very meticulous with the quality of their work. Always taking the time to explain all our options and outcomes of the project. Making helpful suggestions, with no pressure to take their direction- just in a helpful way. Their attention to detail was really above and beyond. They were respectful of the rest of our apt, always cleaning up at the end of a day, showing up and leaving ontime. In fact we were pleasantly surprised that a contractor finished nearly on the mark of when they estimated. The entire staff was also very pleasant to work w/, and we would definitely hire them for any future projects.

I got to OMG by a referral from an eco-friendly paint store in Brooklyn. I'm very happy with the work they did. Over several weeks, they refinished my floors, repaired and repainted my walls, installed baseboards and crown moulding, hung new doors, rewired electrical, and built a beautiful window seat/radiator cover, among other things. Iggy, the contractor I worked with, is friendly and easygoing, and he and his carpenter, Manny, can do anything, green or not green, at a fair price. Will definitely use them again, and am happy to refer others to them.

Pros: Good prices, good people, high quality work

Cons: I dream of a contractor who can put everything on paper and make the stages of a job very clear, but it may be just a dream

I used OMG Contract to remodel a kitchen and bathroom. The work was excellent and the project finished on time. The project scope involved building a custom countertop for the kitchen and custom sink top for the bath. The quality of the work was very good and I have received alot of compliments. I was very happy with OMG Contract and would recommend them highly.

Pros: Understood scope of project and were able to understand my vision

Cons: There were some material shipment delays that held up the project, but everything else went smoothly.

We own a large salon and spa in Manhattan, and have used Orion at OMG for a number of large and small projects for the past couple of years. One of the most difficult tasks for us during our buildout and beyond, was to find a RELIABLE and professional contractor. Since finding OMG via a recommendation from another local business owner, we try to use them any time we have carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work. Orion is not only reliable, professional, and relatively inexpensive for the quality of work (a combination that is is soooo hard to find in this business), but he is a truly nice guy and a pleasure to deal with! The only drawback to all this, is that he is getting so busy that sometimes he's not available on short notice...

Pros: Quality work, Reliable, Reasonable
