Incompetent and unprofessional

Divine Touch has completely destroyed my once-worn silk dress. It came back shrunk and looked like it had been in a dirty laundry for a week. I complained, waited two weeks for the factory to "unshrink" and iron the dress. When I didn't like the fact that the dress is still 1.5 inch shorter and quite ironed, I was told "What is your problem? Are you after my money?" I don't recommend this place if you have to dry clean articles that you care for.
