My boyfriend and I entered this restaurant succumbing to our urge for Caribbean cuisine. It's a simple, low key, quaint and pleasant place - has a dinerish feel about it. Anyway, we each ordered Jerk-chicken and I really felt as though I could've cooked better (and I don't cook). It was so-so, flavors weren't strong and portions were smallish. It felt like I could've ordered from a glass display hot food stand, where food was just scooped out and slopped onto the plate, not that there's anything wrong with that; it seemed overpriced for what I was getting. I'm being generous with the average rating and won't ever go back. The owners should take a trip out to Brooklyn and visit Sugarcane (steal some recipes & ideas) - the food & drinks there are great!!
Pros: none worth mentioning
Cons: nothing special home style cooked food
