Normally I'm not the type to write reviews but in this case I feel that it is completely worth my time to say how offended I am about the claims of poor service at the spa. I have tried almost every service and I love the facials. they do wonders. The massages leave me in a state of bliss every single time. I have never had a major issue that needed to be resolved. Any issues or complaints I've had have been completely recepted by the front desk staff. These are things you can easily specify when booking and cannot expect them to know. They will, however, try to accomodate you as best as possible. There is no fancy decor, neither snobby atmosphere. This people give you all the best.

I've been there 2 times already. It is very clean, professional and friendly place. My Brazilian waxer was amazing: quick and gentle. And Deep Pore Cleansing Facial was a really deep pore cleansing one. Even it was a monthly special for the lower price, quality was on the high level.

Pros: clean and quick waxing, quality facials

They used the same stick on me the entire time while waxing, even after the woman at the front promised they throw the stick away every time. When I went there before another woman threw away the stick every time because she knew i had asked. But this lady didn't know i was concerned about getting STDs and infections through bikini wax, so she was going to use the same stick for the whole time. when I confronted her she said it was a new can of wax, I ha dnothing to worry about. I can't believe how deceiving these places can be! My advice is spend the money and go somewhere very reputable. This place is DIRTY.

Found out about this spot through spa week. Am i glad cause this was the best facial i ever got. I have combination skin, with black heads on my nose and chin. anyway, once i got there Elena the lady that took great care of me, made them 50% less visible. i got the deep pore cleanser facial. yes, by the time i came out i was pretty red but thats what happens when you get a good facial. just think about it, all that squeezing causes trauma. but the next day you will see how much better your skin feels and looks.

Pros: knowledgable staff just ask

Cons: far from my house

I work in Soho and it is nice to have a place to go and get manicure and pedicure done during the lunch. this place is nothing fancy, but simple and professional. All girls are doing a very good job. They are like a little family. I also got my first massage there for my birthday. Aroma Relaxation Massage was a perfect relieve for stressed city resident.

Pros: all other nessesary comfort present

Cons: no lockers and relax room

Dear Red & White Spa Team, I want to thank you for taking such a good care of me. I've been your client for about a year. Every time I come to the spa, I see happy faces around. Your skin care treatments are the best in the city. After I start coming regularly for the microdermabrasion and Hydrolifting Facial, my skin looks healthy and beautiful. I'd recommend this place to my friends.

I bought my boyfriend his first massage here for Christmas. The receptionist encouraged me to add the tip to the gift card- so I added $20. When my boyfriend went in, the massage was terrible, AND they did not accept the $20 on the gift card as a tip! I had to go back, and get an overpriced manicure. Sure, the manicure lasted longer than usual, but it was not worth $25. Furthermore, my bf is so turned off that he never wants 2 get a professional massage again! I'm so sad that this potentially wonderful experience was an $125 nightmare.

Waxing is quick. I mean very very very quick.... I've had waxings all over NYC and had pretty bad experiences so i know what i'm talking about ! :) The brazilian takes like 15 minutes which is incredible. I'm there once a month for my brazilian almost for a year now. During their spa week i had the Deep Pore Purifying Facial for 50bucks, it was a great deal for that kind of a facial. Esthetician was attentive. I don't know about the massages since i haven't tried it yet. I need one badly so i'll try it soon :) Overall, i've been having good experiences at this place. Not a very fancy looking spot but to me as long as the staff knows what they're doing and if they're good at it, its not very important.

Pros: Waxing: quick, clean

Cons: Decor: Mediocre

WOW, really great brazilian wax. I went for a 50% off wax special ($25) and wasn't really expecting much since you usually get what you pay for. But I was really pleasantly surprised! I get waxed often enough to know how a bad wax feels and I have gotten some seriously bad/painful waxes in NYC. I usually go to a more expensive place that is really great but the discount made me try out Red & White. Dominka was amazing! She was very skilled, fast, VERY thorough, and relatively pain-free (as pain-free as brazilians can possibly be)! She was really nice and chatted with me through the whole thing. The room was clean and comfortable, sanitary and relaxing. Very very happy with the service and the results :)

Pros: great discount, excellent brazilian with Dominika, nice space

NICE, IMPRESSIVE! WHAT CAN I SAY ALSE? MY DEEP CLEANSING FACIAL WAS DONE VERY WELL , GENTLE AND RELAXING. I BOUGHT SOME OF THE PRODUCTS AFTER MY TREATMENT WAS DONE, BECOUSE I LOVED THE WAY PRODUCTS WORK ON MY SKIN. THANKS TO RED & WHITE SPA TEAM. I FEEL HAPPY!
