I can't say enough about the level of customer service. I work in the city, but I have a pretty substantial commute. I signed up for a six-month membership at Trinity, but I only went to the gym a few times before I realized that the commute was too much. John, the owner, was fantastic. He let me out of my contract without any hassle, and had I lived closer, I would definitely have continued at the gym. Cozy, friendly, but very hard work!

Pros: great trainers, great work-out

Cons: Very physically demanding!

Trinity is not just a gym, it's not even only a boxing gym, trinity is family. Once you start going there it is impossible to quit, because of the graeta work out, good and experienced trainers, atmosphere. No matter who you are, you will Trinity as a fighter. Trinity made me stronger not only physically, it made me stronger as a person. I joined trinity about a year ago and started going almost everyday, but a couple of months ago I had to move out from nyc, I come back as often as I can, so I just can go to trinity and box. Trinity is the place I will never stop coming back to.

Pros: Great boxing experience, great trainers, atmosphere, great work out, convenient hours for anyone

Cons: haven't discovered any

I just had a trial session and I loved it. The trainer I had Olek (spelling?) was awesome, he was attentive in correcting my form and really seemed like an experienced instructor. And I have little experience in boxing. I felt really comfortable and challenged!

Pros: Attentive trainers

Cons: none

It's used to be boxing club, but the best trainers are fired already. So,my opinion----I know personally owners and I confirm-those persons are not serious and professional. It's not professional sport club, you just waste your money.

To the client who thinks the soul has been gutted from Trinity...well you just have not worked out with Russell. I've risen to a new fitness and skill level since Russell and John have come on board. They don't just tell me what to do, they explain WHY I'm doing it. And if you think the trainers are not paying attention...just try to slack off a little. As with any endeavor, you get out of it what you put in. Russell, John, and all of the trainers at Trinity make me want to give it my all. If you'd like to do the same, check out the post-bag work conditioning I call Russell-Mania. The best workout I've ever had!

Pros: staff, atmosphere, Martin's hilarious videos

Cons: none that I can think of

I joined this gym because I thought it was both fun and serious - and as a woman, I wanted to be challenged and not treated differently from the male boxers. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, largely because of the trainers - they MAKE Trinity. But then it started to change. It's become more and more like a Crunch or an Equinox, with people coming in and pretending to enjoy boxing when all they want is to "aerobicize". And now they've gotten rid of Junior. With that, they basically gutted the last part of genuine soul from the place. He was the glue that held that place together. I agree with the other commentor that said it's now just like any other gym. I dunno if I'll be going there now as regularly as I have..

This is the best gym! It's hard to stay away from the place. Even when I'm feeling so low-energy or just emotionally down and I don't want to do anything, going to Trinity Boxing Club brings me up. As soon as I walk through the doors of Trinity I feel like yelling "Honey, I'm home". It is really that level of comfort and ease that keeps me going there. I train hard most days, but just knowing I got through a workout there makes me feel great. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly and supportive and they know what they're doing. I have less fights with my husband and children, less stress at work, more energy and stamina, and I feel good about myself. What else could anyone possibly want?!

Pros: Friendly & Energetic Atmosphere, Great Staff, Awesome Workout.

Cons: Cardio & Weights Could Be Updated.

My name really says it all. GREAT place but it has lost itself with Junior and Marty ( mostly ) gone, also with all the talk in the gym it's like a soap opera. I hope this wakes you guys up because we are losing a very special, and Bring Back Junior !!! We need him!

Pros: Great people, clean, fun.

Cons: No more bounce since Junior.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good equips, and great attention given. I started out as a novice and took the introductory 8 sessions for $200, and received close to the level of attention i would from a personal trainer, in a more fun environment, for well under half the price. Much enjoyed. Come at lunch for more quiet and personal approach, early mornings or evenings for crowds and atmosphere

Pros: Service, ambience, history

Cons: Not really there for the exercise machines, but they could do with updating the machines, esp. the reclining bike
