I'm honestly surprised by all the bad reviews on here! I've only been here a handful of times since a few friends independently mentioned it a month ago, but the atmosphere is nice - it looks pretty right when you walk in, and although it's HUGE and can be wayyy too loud in some places, there are quiet spots to be found. The food is great, if a little basic (burgers, fries, typical pub food but of higher quality than most), and while some of the waitresses have seemed a tad impatient or stressed on busy nights, I've never had attitude problems from anyone, never had to wait excessively long for anything, and the bathrooms were really clean when I was in them. It almost makes me wonder if some other reviewers are talking about the same place! My only complaints are that the hostess has been nowhere to be found twice when I came in for lunch and I was left ignored in the front for at least 5 minutes while a line built up. Also, on one of my visits, a lady (I think the manager?) came over to our table and made my husband and I feel very pressured to either buy something else or finish our meal, even though it wasn't busy. She took away our plates, which were still stacked with fries, and it wasn't until our server came back to the table that we even figured out who she was. Either way, the food and beer selection are great, and I'd sooner come here for a burger and fries than Jackson Hole or pretty much any Diner in the city. Other things to try are: Spinach and Cheese dip, Sweet Potato Fries, and Veggie Burgers. Come at less busy times and the waitresses are usually nice and upbeat too =)
