I was driving around and almost forgot that my sticker was 2 DAYS from expiring. Luckily, my boyfriend brought it to my attention. I didn't really know of a spot to get it taken care of and as I was driving down Northern Blvd, BAM! They were really nice, they took care of my inspection needs in a timely manner and I was on my way in no time. I'm even thinking of stopping next door for a manicure next time I get my car washed!

If you already fell victim to this establishment, you may feel better knowing that they're already under investigation. This time the owner wouldn't be able to just move and change the business name to escape penalty; not only will this place eventually close down, the owner will be personally liable. Talk to your local state assemblyman and state senator in your district to add more pressure to the department of consumer affair.

Pros: You don't have to go there again

Cons: you get to be screwed really good

Its a little cheaper than some car washes. They offer a full range of car washing services for a competitive price. It is brushless. Recommended

Pros: Fast, clean, shiny,

I have been to many places to have repair done to my vehicle were people were a bit sleezy, including this very place, but now, with this new manager they have there, I must say by far he is the most deceiving s.o.b I ever met. He talks to you as if he's your best friend, and as if he is looking out for your best interest, and that they are there to help you. WELL,,,,,,,,,,,Suprise, your screwed. Thier truely out just to rob you of what ever you have in your pocket. Did anyone ever notice that thier never busy. Why, and how do they make any money. Thier left with only one choice, ripping people off. During my long visit there ( unfortunatly after I already authorized the work they said was needed ) I witness 2 other customers disputing the bill, being that it was not at all what was agreed upon, and 1 who claimed the work that she was charge for, was never even done. They were clearly ripping people off. At that point I was sweating bullets, Thinking what will be my case when I get the bill. Well, yes, a suprise for me as well. I receive a bill that was not only far above the price we spoke of, but I was told that if I didn't pay they would put a lien on my vehicle and auction it off. Ofcource I paid it but now I need to take them to court, witch may take months to retrieve the $2,500.00 they stole from me. He should really think about changing his ways, and the things he writes,,,,, on the bills. Just think about it for a moment, he should truely understand I never hurt him in any way, and that when he he tries to hurt me in any way for no reason, So, not only little things like this can be done, possibly speaking to the aurthorities, myself or the right people, that I know personaly, I can be sure he will be stoped dead in his tracks.Thats a promise I would be committed to. Trust me!!!!!!!!!! That's all,,,,,,, for you sake

I frequent this auto center on a regular basis. They are always very friendly and attentive to my needs. I've also gotten my car inspected there and I did not have any long waits or disrespect like the previous reviewer. Not only are they extremely friendly they do a great job detailing my cars. I've taken my car to other car washes in the city and they are more expensive and do a far less superior job. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs auto maintenance, inspections or a car wash.

They are very professional and honest. They have fixed my car problem which I had spend a lot but didn't solve in the other place. I highly recommended them!

Do not go this car wash. They claim to be a brushless car wash however the results are clearly evident. I bought my car in a couple of months ago after a fresh paint job. My car came out with a orange scratch on my rear bumper. When I pointed it out to the guy who was drying my car, he told me it was already there. THE BUMPER WAS JUST PAINTED, MORON. I also noticed a few scratches on my rear passenger side door. The car was polished 2 weeks before I bought it into the car wash. Stay away from North Star. Probably one of the worst in queens.

Pros: None whatsoever.

Cons: Too many to list. Car was left with scratch marks.
