Showed up for a sold-out Saturday afternoon film nice and early and waited in line for seating. Advertised film time was 2:40. Although the previous showing got out at 2:10, the staff made us stand in the lobby until 2:35! And, to top it off, they have this evil policy wherin patrons of their cafe get let in first - certainly if we had known that we could have sat down and enjoyed a beverage rather than standing, we would have done so! (Indeed, I suspect the whole purpose of making everybody wait so long was so that the cafe patrons could relax and finish their drinks etc.) The movie started promptly without any previews - so after all that waiting there was not enough time to visit the restroom and concessions. Of course people were still finding their seats as the film rolled. For a supposedly "serious" film venue, the house is very poorly managed, with no respect for moviegoers or the moviegoing experience.

Cons: bad seating policy, surly staff
