Worst place in the city for grooming

I took my Lhasa here several times and EVERY time they acted like they were doing the BIGGEST favor for me by grooming her. Ummmm you should be thanking me for the $90 pricetag! Get real people, don't be a groomer if you can't handle a dog! She came back twice with razor burn and once they just sliced off a little pimple she had on her foot. When you call and complain they deny everything and they always blame everything on your dog. Funny that no onther groomer has ever had so much trouble grooming her. I am telling everyone I know, and I work in the Pet industry, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOLE!!!!!!!!

My dog likes Happy Paws

this place is great. They have consistent employees. I have couple of friends that also take their dogs here for daycare and everyone is happy with the webcams. service and large spacious rooms. Nothing but great remarks for this place.

I was late at work one day and couldn't pick up my dog. I called them and immediately they made accomodations to drop off my dog to my home since my girlfriend was at home. I really think they take their time to make sure everyone is happy.

I gotta say this place is great. The place is huge and when they took me to tour the area where my dog sleeps, I couldn't believe how clean it is. The kennels are HUGE. Even though I have a yorkie, she stayed in a kennel that was big enough for a 100+lb dog. When I used to go to another boarding place, they just dumped all the dogs in one room overnight. Oh happy paws even have over night security to monitor the dogs. I was gone for 2 weeks and expected her to come back all smelly like the other place, but to my surprise they washed her without charge. She seems pretty happy and healthy. I say she is healthy because they actually told me what her weight was when I dropped her off and what her weight was when I picked her up. I didn't even expect them to give me such details.

I really enjoyed having her there.

worst kennel

Basically, my dog almost died due to their neglect, to which they admit, and then they still didn't want to pay for any vet bills. i took them to court and won.

I took 2 of my dogs here to stay while i went home for xmas and got a phone call the next day saying that my 9 year old golden had been attacked by a pittbul while they were in the play room together. HP called me and told me that the pitbul started the fight and that my dog was ok but they didn't help pay for any vet bills. and the kicker is... that when they "interviewed" the pitbul the owner even admitted that the pitbul had been in fights before. do you really want your dog to be playing with a pitbul thats been in fights before?

the people are rude and they obviously don't care anything about customer service or dogs staying healthy while they're at HP

Great Impression

I have shopped here many times and finally decided to take my dogs while on vacation. I never realized that they have another floor just for boarding. I was really impressed when they gave me a tour of the boarding area, it smelled so clean I couldn't believe there was no odor. I am even more impressed with how careful they went over my dogs files and had them go through some evaluation procedure so all dogs that are there are healthy and safe. Gotta say it is impressive

Good - Webcams Don't Work

We like Happy Paws in general, but we wish they would fix the webcams that have been broken for several months now.

Perfect Combination

I took my dogs here for a friends birthday party and we had a blast. I had a chance to do some shopping and was amazed at how reasonable everything is!

I am definitely planning to bring my dog here for boarding for the holidays and have him come by for daycare sometimes, because they have really amazing play rooms! Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

Recommended

This place is a gem! I have seen the same manager there since couple of years ago and it is nice for my dog to come to a place that she is familiar with the people. I love that they have consistant customers so my dog is not afraid of going to the daycare.

The place is ALWAYS clean and I dont know how they do it, but I am really impress.

When I head out of town, it is a piece of mind that their boarding place is HUGE so she has room to move around even when she is down for the night. Take a tour of their daycare and boarding place and you will not see anything this nice in the city.

Wonderful establishment

This is truly a spa for dogs! My dogs come here for grooming all the time and I love all the people that work there. They know me and my dogs and always treat us nicely. I have seen the daycare rooms and the dogs seem to have lots of fun. They also have a retail section and the prices are phenomenal!

Nice place

I took my dog here for boarding and the place is exceptional! It is very large with lots of room for my dog to play and sleep in. The service was great, I was not able to use the webcam so they emailed me every day to let me know how much fun my dog was having. He had a great time and I would definitely recommend.
