Jason D'Amelio was my athletic trainer for three of my knee surgeries, and thanks to his expertise and compassion, i was back on my feet playing volleyball before the doctors anticipated. He helped me regain strength and agility through sport-specific exercises and humor. I highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to rehabilitate an injury, get in shape, or train for any athletic endeavor!!

Nestled in the heart of Columbia is this gem of a gym. If you're sick of running next to stick figures still waiting for their metabolism to catch up with them, ARC is a good workout alternative. I'm a big fan of "30 minutes, 30 dollars." It's a personal training workout for a price that won't break the bank. "Mean Gene" is the moniker behind the man who runs the ARC. But don't be fooled. It's for commercial purposes. His midwestern manners are very welcome in a city full of $125 dollar-per-hour trainers. It helps that he knows his stuff too!
