Best cocktails and bar food in the city

I think this place has the best cocktails and bar food in the city. The bartenders and wait staff really know the cocktails and make great recommendations for those who are new to cocktails who need advice on what to choose. The service can be a bit slow on the really crazy busy nights but this should be expected a bit and otherwise the service is very courteous and efficient.
