My Dell desktop crashed on me at 8 PM on Tuesday and my presentation was due Wednesday afternoon. I called Tristatetek and someone picked up the phone at 9 PM. A friendly voice answered and I was relived. We did few troubleshooting techniques over the phone and I was assured that I will have all my data back. I had an engineer by my door at 8 am next day, by 9 am my Dell was running like brand new and all my data was restored. Great prices and great service. Highly recommended.
