You get what you pay for

We stayed in December of 04. We asked the front desk to call a cab for us the first night so we could go to dinner & theater in NYC. We realized they called a limo with no time to correct things. Cost: $70 one way. When I called & e-mailed about their shuttle I was provided with minimal information. The day we were going to use it, it broke down. The desk staff an driver gave us the run-around for over an hour before we finally called a cab ourselves. The driver had the nerve to be mad about it! It is cheap, but if you are going to NYC (even though it is very close) consider the cost of transportation.
- Pros: recently remodeled
- Cons: Service
