Rude staff... Bouncers are a**holes...

NEVER GO THERE!!! VERY VERY RUDE STAFF!!!

We were at Vig27 for a friends birthday. There must have been about 30-40 of us. The music was not bad, the drinks were nothing great. But the worst part was the staff. The waitress was very rude and at one point started shouting at us. The bouncers were worse. They kept pushing us when we were dancing near the bar instead of asking us to move. At around 2:30 am (after we had spent a few thousand dollars there) one guy comes up to us and asks us to leave for no reason. When we asked why he just said that there wasn't a reason and that we had to leave. We kept asking them what the problem was and if we could try and sort it out but they started pushing us out of the place and verbally threatning us!!! I'm never going back there again.

My new favorite place!

I met up with a friend who was there for a going away party. My husband and I got there and in without a fuss. I thought the place might be dead because there was not a lot of fuss at the door but to my surprise the mgt is full of grown ups who understand that ppl would much rather stand inside and buy drinks then wait outside and be aggravated. The DJ was amazing - he played such a nice mix without anything feeling contrived that I was quite impressed. We were comfortable and when the party left they did not make us "move" to make room for some other reservation. I had an amazing time so much so that I missed my next party engagement that night. like Arnold said "IWILL BE BACK!"

• Pros: Great drinks, great music, nice crowd!
• Cons: kitchen closes at midnight :(

In response to Argyle7, the managment at Vig 27 would like to apologize for any inconveneince you may have encountered at our establishment. We pride ourselves in running an honest business and strive to provide all of our guests with a fun and first class experience. It is our general practice to return all phone calls promptly and to resolve any erroneous charges in a swift fashion. In your particular case your card was indeed accidentally swiped more than it should have been but the erroneous charges were immediately voided as the error was discovered right away. Unfortunately as is often the case online and tele-statements do not immediatley reflect a charge that has been voided from your account, typically this takes 2-3 business days. I'm sure that by now your statement reflectst he refund to your account. Again we apologize for any panic this may have caused. I hope that at some point we did in fact speak as we would hate you to continue to go on with a bad taste in your mouth. If we have not please call the venue and ask to speak with the General Manager, Jordan. We'd love to try and find a way to make things right.

OVERCHARGED NEARLY $500!!! NO RETURN PHONE CALL FROM MANAGEMENT

Visited the bar on a Thursday night and used a Mastercard to charge a round of drinks for myself and some friends. Checked my account on Friday and discovered that my card had been swiped FIVE times - two of the charges were clearly not mine, and the remaining three were duplicates of the one legitimate charge. Two telephone messages were left for management and they were not returned. My bank assured me they would take care of the matter, but in the meantime, I'm out nearly $500 in what are at best negligent charges and at worst potentially FRAUDULANT charges.

Pay cash or make sure you check your accounts after visiting this dump.

Great customer service

All I have to say is that i had a blast at this place and I have pictures to prove it. The service was great!The satff were really sweet and HOT, specially that tall, skinny bartender with the Mohauk....so cute and attractive!!

Overcharged us by $250.00

I would not recommend Vig 27. I had a birthday party there for my husband the beginning of March, while the service was fairly good, they overcharged us by $250. I am still trying to get them to reimburse us!

Awesome. Great table deals and music

Went there for my birthday had a blast . I had 4 tables all my friends got in and everyone had a blast. the music was great food was great and door friendly couldnt ask for more. Oh by the way gorgeous people. Will go again........

What a Blast

Let start of by saying that my birthday was a blast and it was a great night due to alot of reasons. Start of reason 1 had 4 tables for my birthday and all my friends got in with out noo problem. The staff was great and doorman was great as well as security everyone was helpful. Just one thing no coatcheck that night but that was fine great music a must go......

What a great time i had sat. ii came in from NJ and had a blast the scene was right the music was great and friendly door staff. Great place to go no problem getting in will be back there on a Sat. night

Awesome place went there this past sat. and had a blast. The music was great and guess what it was a girl Dj awesome music bartenders were great and friendly doorman worth going there and especially if you want to throw your party do so. will be going back there.
