A cleanliness problem

I was happily looking at really nice, but expensive clothes, when one of the sales people shreaked and ran across the room. Turns out she had seen an insect (i.e., CR) in the clothes in the sale section. Not going back again. I know these insects are exist, but if you see one, it means there are lots. This site is censoring my saying the specific type of insect, hence the CR abbreviation.

• Pros: Nice selection
• Cons: Bad return policy, not cleanly

Industrial chic design, consisting of 2,600 square feet of exposed brick and concrete, gives this boutique a bit of an edge compared to most conservative Upper West Side shops. The selection is straight out of Vogue: designers such as Vivienne Westwood, Alexander Wang, Rebecca Taylor and Rozae Nichols share space with a bevy of young, up-and-coming labels. Beside clothing and accessories, the boutique also carries a variety of beauty products, candles and more.

Avoid at all costs!

horrible organization. I was waiting to get a store credit because I had found a hole in my $400 sweater, but it not only took the sales assoctiates over 30 mins, the owner of the store came upstairs to handle the situation but gave me an attitude the whole time, scoffing and rolling her eyes at me.

never again.

pretty clothes, nice store

my girlfriend won't stop shopping here. she purchased her favorite pair of jeans here always finds something cute to show off to me and her friends.

it's surprisingly big. minimal decor and open space put all the attention on the clothes.

A True Gem

This boutique is a true gem on the Upper West Side. You can find the same labels as you would find at the bigger high-end department stores but in your size! They have a well-edited selection of well-known and emerging designer labels. The staff is very helpful and easy-going and the clothes are laid out in an appealing way. I always come here for inspired, impossibly hip clothing.

worth a trip uptown!!

I was suprised with the individuality this store represented considering it's location in an area full of "generic boutiques." The staff seemed genuinely interested in customers and were not just out to make a sale. I even found the staff appeasing customer's dogs with the huge stash of treats they kept on hand and playing with children while the mothers were trying on clothing. I highly recommend a visit to this boutique....it will be well worth the trip uptown and you are sure not to go home empty handed!!
