Trip Saved by Rush Passport!

The night before an overseas trip, I discovered that my passport was missing. After staying up all night searching, at 5 am I had to accept that it was lost and that going on my trip was very unlikely. I called Rush Passport at 5 am, and my call was answered. I got together my documentation and showed up at their offices at 7:30 am. By 3:30, I had my passport. By 7 pm, I was on my plane! The staff was professional and helpful. Rush Passport is a great service!

TRIP SAVER!

When I was checking in online for my flight to Europe the next day, I discovered my passport had expired the previous month! I was in a panic and found this company online. Their service was OUTSTANDING!! They calmed me down and got me through the process quickly. You can tell by my passport picture that they took how happy I was! I felt like they genuinely cared about the success of my trip. THANKS!!!

Rush Passport Delivered!

Rush Passport delivered a US passport renewal for same day service as promised. Completed passport renewal application + several short Rush Passport forms the afternoon before the day I needed it. They were able to have the passport renewal processed the next day by 4:30pm. Also, provided excellent customer service from the first time I called. They clearly articulated confidently what they could do within the timeframe available (same day service only if forms completed day before or very early morning.) I highly recommend Rush Passport for renewals!

they did everything they promised

They really saved my butt. I made a foolish mistake and assumed my passport was up to date. 5 days before I was scheduled to fly to Ireland I discovered I was wrong. I called rush passport that night at about 2am, mailed them the paperwork overnight express....To make a somewhat short story a little shorter, they saved my trip. They got me a new passport on time and I flew out and had a blast in Europe.

• Cons: its rather expensive but when your back is to the wall...

Took the stress out of stressful

Rush Passport delivered exactly what they promised. I was at their door at 7:15, filled out the paperwork, left by 7:50 and had my passport by 5PM that same day. My son-in-law picked it up for me and was extremely impressed that it was ready exactly on time. It was worth every penny and I was on the plane to Israel the next night. You are the greatest and I thank you so much for making it possible for me to make my flight and see my six grandchildren.
