Excellent, reliable service

After my wallet and passport were stolen the day of my flight, Rush Passport handled my new passport and visa processing with swift and reassuring professionalism. Sam and the rest of the staff were friendly, comforting, and generally wonderful to deal with. They knew exactly what to do to ensure that I'd get my new documents in time for my new flight. I highly recommend Rush Passport to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff and speedy services!

Very Fast Service

This is a great service. I needed a new passport within a week and they actually got it to me within 3 days. The girls that work there are very nice and helpful. If you need a passport fast, they make it easy.

Great Resource & Service

Rush Passport is an amazing service and 100% legitimate. On the Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving, I called them from the airport in a total panic at 7:30am because I realized my passport was expired and I had a flight to Canada. They told me, get to their offices by 8:45am and they would be able to get my renewed passport by 4:30 - 5:00. I was totally skeptical, but American Express travel referred me to them so I trusted this and rushed over there. Sure enough, at 4:10pm, they called me and said it was ready to be picked up. Everyone at their office was extremely nice and efficient, they even took my picture and reprinted my itinerary and gave me a photocopy of my new passport. It was a totally seamless experience.

I am taking the time to write this review, because anyone who finds themselves in this situation should now there is a trusted option out there who can save the day. I would recommend Rush Passport to anyone in need. AMAZING.

Unbelievable!!

My boss finds out at the last minute that he misplaced his passport and he's leaving for Israel. I show up with his documents on a Thursday at 1:30 and I had his passport in hand and a passport card by Friday at 4:30. Life saver!

Trip Saved by Rush Passport!

The night before an overseas trip, I discovered that my passport was missing. After staying up all night searching, at 5 am I had to accept that it was lost and that going on my trip was very unlikely. I called Rush Passport at 5 am, and my call was answered. I got together my documentation and showed up at their offices at 7:30 am. By 3:30, I had my passport. By 7 pm, I was on my plane! The staff was professional and helpful. Rush Passport is a great service!

TRIP SAVER!

When I was checking in online for my flight to Europe the next day, I discovered my passport had expired the previous month! I was in a panic and found this company online. Their service was OUTSTANDING!! They calmed me down and got me through the process quickly. You can tell by my passport picture that they took how happy I was! I felt like they genuinely cared about the success of my trip. THANKS!!!
