Great Crew!!

I moved a few weeks ago to Florida from New York with my boyfriend. I called Imperial Moving And Storage and got a great price after filling out an inventory list. As my boyfriend works long shifts he didn’t have any time to help me pack any boxes so I requested full packing service and I couldn’t feel better about my decision. The movers did a terrific job. They packed up everything in my house and didn’t leave any mess behind. They disassembled all my furniture and even put it back together again in my new home. They were such a great crew.

Hassle Free Move

Wanted to thank the guys at Imperial Moving And Storage for a really hassle free move. David & Lance were just amazing with the packing and loading of our home, there were two other gentlemen but I cannot recall their names that were also excellent.

They had our home a 4 bedroom packed and loaded in 6 hours which was a huge plus for us because we were able to clean up that same day and get out on the road the next. The quote provided by Imperial came in within 120lbs which was great since we are on a tight budget.

Our move could not have gone better in our experience and we will be recommending Imperial Moving And Storage to our friends and family.

Love this company

Imperial Moving and Storage made our move across the country so much easier than we expected. The man who came out and appraised the move was very knowledgeable and really helped me save money on my move. I didn't know it at the time, but a move across country involves being charged by weight, so it was important to throw out all the unneeded items. The appraiser walked through the entire house so we could get as exact a quote as possible. Thanks to the appraiser's advice, after everything was done, we came in under the quote because I knew to throw out anything I didn't really need. That's why I rated Imperial Moving and Storage so high on honesty.

Plus, even though I was still in the process of packing, the movers helped me round up the last items and provided extra boxes. They even helped a little with the packing by taping up some boxes and didn't even charge me. That's why I rated Imperial Moving and Storage so high on customer service.

We flew to Colorado, and we stayed in a hotel a couple days before our furniture arrived. The driver brought the truck around about when Imperial Moving and Storage said he would. We were able to talk to the driver on the phone, so we knew when he was coming with our stuff as far as the exact delivery time.

The movers were fast and efficient on both departure and arrival moves, and none of our precious antiques were damaged.

Amazing Service!

They provided an awesome service. Showed up at my house ontime, explained to me exactly what they were going to do, and then worked so hard to get us moved from our house in New York City to our new home in Florida.

The movers were very professional and friendly, affordable, and even had a few good jokes on hand. What more could I want? Amazing service! Thanks a lot

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Great PR to get you to contract them. after they loaded up the truck we were under quoted us by 2K. Charged us a 20% tip and would NOT accept less. "Lost" a box of electronics and LCD was broken. Were 9 days late on delivery date and CHARGED US FOR EXTRA TIME IN STORAGE! Would not unload the truck until we paid cash for the "storage overage", or their 20% tip. Would not grant more than 100 dollars for lost and broken items. We are still waiting on the check 2 months now... The manager is now never available to speak to us. Emails do not get a response. Time for better business bureau, don't know how they are licensed.

Great Guys

This is a really great moving company and I am very glad I chose Imperial Moving And Storage. The movers were so polite and courteous and that I was amazed. The trip was short and the belongings arrived on time. I will use them anytime I have another move. I would recommend them to my friends and family. I have had a lot of bad moves in the past and this certainly was refreshing. I didn't have to worry about anything. They really communicated well throughout the entire process.

SUPERB QUALITY

I have a small travel agency and recently I was looking for a moving company for my office relocation. The goods were not much heavy and besides relocation I needed someone who could do the shredding also. While doing some online research I came across Imperial Moving and Storage website and was glad that I found all the services I needed. Everyone I met from this company was patient with all my calls and queries, was very up front with pricing. It was an all-round superb quality service. Absolutely recommended…

Exceeded my Expectations

When it comes to a long move no other moving company can hold a candle to Imperial Moving And Storage. I am not saying this, my experience says. I chose Imperial Moving And Storage for shipping my furniture and some other things and I can proudly say that I was not wrong in doing that. They lived up to my expectations completely and I have a firm belief that they won’t disappoint you also if you choose them.
