I've had a lot of nightmare experience with movers in the past (one guy didn't show up at all, another charged a billion dollars more than the initial quote), so I was looking for a mover that's reasonably priced and legitimate. Imperial charged me exactly what they said they would; they did a solid job on both pickup and delivery; and when there was a problem (the first delivery truck was too big to get on to the road where I live), they were responsive and resolved it in a timely manner.
