Best Cream Puffs ever!!!
by doubledown37
Wow, oh wow! I went there because of a recommendation from a friend. She had them in Los Angeles, but I found one in New York. Boy, am I glad she told me about this place. I ordered the regular vanilla bean cream puff and boy was it good! It's a little high on the price side, but still worth the $1.75. You can get a box of 6 or 12 and take it home, but I doubt that'll happen. They were so good, we got more at another location after a few hours!
Cream puffs via Japan infiltrate the Village.

In Short
An assembly line of staffers keep the cream puffs rolling into eager customers' hands. The puffs are made with two layers: The first is choux pastry, which is the pastry that's used in eclairs and profiteroles; the second layer is pie pastry. The puffs are filled to order with a whipped cream-custard mixture. Puffs are best when eaten straightaway, but they can be refrigerated and eaten later.
