I love the concept behind this place-- I mean, isn't this what yoga's about? I liked the vibe, the teacher was friendly, but the class itself left me feeling unsatisfied. Something about the way the sequences were put together didn't jive for me and leave me blissed out the way I normally would be after a great class. I asked a few acquaintances who had practiced there before and they said that it really depends on the teachers. They told me to practice with Greg (the owner) but the schedule doesn't say who's teaching in each time-slot. And when I asked other teachers they said they didn't know. So, unfortunately, I'm just not feeling the urge to go back. It's a shame-- I really wanted to like that center.
Pros: great concept
Cons: kinda "eh" class
