I've been looking for a company who can clean wool carpeting for a while (which those of you with wool carpeting know, can be destroyed with standard carpet cleaning methods). I was able to get a same-day appointment and they did an excellent fast-dry-clean job. The carpets look great. (Thanks, Mike!)

I always tell my oldest sun not to eat in the living room. well....that doesn't mean he listens.... he had his friends over and the living room carpet was all filled with coke that was spillt all over it and grease stains. we were supposed to have friends over for my husband's birthday, but the carpet looked awful. I called a friend that always knows the best services, and she told me to call them. so I called and with in that day they showed up at my place, did the job, quickly and politley. our guests asked us if we bought a new carpet... thank you brooklyn carpet cleaners!

I was convinced that I was in need of new carpeting and I was freaking out because I don’t have the money for new carpeting. So I called Flat Rate Carpet to and they were on the way to estimate the job. I was really nervous so find out how much new carpeting would cost me. To my surprise I just needed to restretch the carpet a little bit and the job was not expensive at all. They came back the next day and restretched the carpet and I just cannot believe how simple the solution was to my carpet problem! Thanks Flat Rate Carpet! You sure saved me a lot of money!
Pros: amazing service, cheap!
Cons: that i have a husband. the carpet technician was so HOT!
