I had a great experience working with Ken Jones at Fulton Studio. His customer service is top notch. He is always reachable, and had very creative ways to meet our demanding schedule. He was able to accommodate our changes in plans with unwavering good nature and a professional demeanor. He listened to our input and was able to achieve the effects we wanted for our photoshoot. Ken also took the time to explain technical issues we needed clarifying. The turnaround time for when we were able to see and receive our pictures was timely and the rate was reasonable.
