I need a Movers to serve my needs when it comes to moving from one place to another. I have a lot of old furniture that used to belong to my grandmother and has been in my family for generations now and I can't even imagine the possibility of it ever getting damaged as I want to save it for my granddaughter. New York Relocation Services were very careful and dedicated to the task they had at hands showing an incredible sense of responsibility and professionalism. For that I'll be forever grateful and I do recommend them.

based entirely on this site and the comments left here, and so I wanted to leave a rave review here for our recent move to Delaware. My company was paying for the service, the $1260 price quote came in under that amount, and I liked the way I was treated and our communication with Janet, so we booked them for our long distance move. Their staff arrived 15 minutes early and loaded our third-floor two-bedroom apartment in about 3 hours. They were very careful with everything, and dealt with care and really well with our furniture. The amount they could haul was amazing! We met them in the city and they sent an extra guy to help with the unload, which made it a lot quicker considering the small elevator. The unload took about 2.5 hours, so the whole day (load, drive, unload) took 12 hours. I received great service and price! The guys came 10 minutes late but they were awesome!

were very careful with my belongings, and delivered exactly what they promised.

The movers were well behaved and did everything to make me feel comfortable. From start to finish, everything was organized superbly.

Go for it !!!

David and the teams were on time, neat, and very professional. They were up front about everything that a move entails, and delivered 100% what they informed us it would be. They were courteous and friendly and whatever we asked them to do they did without issue. They gave us the estimate up front and then calculated the cost as time moved on. They packed everything neatly and were very careful with our flat screen TV and other electronics. They packed our Art carefully. When they unloaded the truck at our home they were equally careful placing everything where we told them to. I would highly recommend this crew. In fact as soon as our new apt is renovated we will have them return to our house and move everything back into NYC.

D'ont hesitate to use this company

I recently moved over this past weekend and used Asure moving company for the first time. They made a very stressful time, less stressful. Their professionalism and attention to detail was very greatly appreciate.di was concern with a rain weather that was not an issue for the movers who handled my furniture with care. I have moved a great deal in the past five years and I would have to say Asure is one of the best moving company I have utilized.

TERRIBLE

Please, learn from my mistake. I used Asure moving (also known as Ace) and I need to explain what a god awful experience I had. Frank hit on me numerous times on the phone during the negotiations, I should have known he and all who work for this company are sleezes.

Basically, they gave me a quote which was supposed to include everything. We had a specific time scheduled. They called to ask the day before if they could come earlier. I said unfortunately no because I had subletters and they were not leaving until later in the day. Then, they called the next morning to ask again. OKAY, no. My super called me to tell me the movers were there THREE hours before they were scheduled. I told him to make them wait, as I was not about to kick my subletters out. Then, they tried to bill me for the extra time because of THEIR mistake that was completely unauthorized.

Next, they told me it was a 2 man job. However, there were three men, and they said I'd have to pay for the extra man. Hello, it's called a contract. Clearly that means nothing to these people and they are not counting that people will go to ct and sue them, but please take my word and avoid!!!!! They explained they needed this third guy because if I got a ticket it would be my responsibility so it was better off to have the guy sit in the truck. I agreed even though I was pissed. So, the guy obviously wasn't doing anything because they got a ticket since he was NOT in the truck and then they tried to bill me for the extra guy AND the ticket.

Once in the new apt, they assembled the furniture quickly, but the Israeli guy who was there was very rude and was yelling at me for a bunch on nonsense. Then the bill. Not only did they try to rip me off for all I stated above, but they tried to bill me for the blankets they used to cover the TV, and for the dolly they rolled things in on. The dolly was something like $30. I tried to explain that I thought this was improper and he began to get very hostile with me, getting closer to me and really yelling. I felt threatened and scared and was happy there was another man there (the third guy was not there at this point) because I could tell he was also uncomfortable with the way this other man was treating me. He actually apologized to me on the way out, but that didn't help. I had to control myself but as soon as he left I burst out crying. I had given up on trying to negotiate with this man because he was becoming more and more threatening and I wanted him OUT.

Anyway, please, learn from my mistake! They are terrible people here and they do whatever they can to rip you off. STAY AWAY!!!
