Mac Repair

I had lcd screen and I took it to the macstore to get it fixed. Yeah, they quoted me a rediculous price more than what it cost to buy a new one. I had a lot of music and data though so I thought "wow 800 that stinks" yeah took it to these guys and they got my confidence when they told me the lcd crystal thing inside was like 60 bucks. I happily paid the 350 to fix my power book and went home a happy camper. Thanks guys.

Great Service, Next Day Turn Around

My daughter and I were working on a paper together. She was about to save her document when she spilled some water on the comp. I immediately turned off the computer and tried to wait for it to dry. The next day I tried to turn on the computer and it didn't work. Two things went through my head - "I need to buy a new laptop" and "oh no my daughter is going to be so upset. I called around some places and told them the situation. Everyone on the phone tried to brush me off and said that if I want my computer fixed there that I need to bring the computer in. I called these guys though and they were really helpful. They asked me questions like "so is it disconnected?" and they told me helpful tips like "DO NOT try to dry it with a blowdryer." They took my info down and said at my earliest convenience I can bring the laptop in for a FREE estimate.

• Cons: They only had 3 people working at the office, and there was a line

Really honest guys. Friendly service

A lot of times you go to these computer laptop repair places and they feel like car mechanics? It's like technicians and specialists are always trying too upsell you something because they don't think you know what's going on. These guys were really friendly though. I brought in a friend of mine that's a tech geek and they were really square about my harddrive being corrupted. Instead of trying to sell me a new harddrive RIGHT OFF THE BAT, they fixed my harddrive for a flat fee, and told me SPECIFICALLY that it would only last about a year or so, and that I would have to get a new harddrive or laptop in the future. IN the end, I bought a new harddrive from them and let them back up all of my data. Thanks guys, your the best.

Kiss your computer woes goodbye!

PC consultants are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable in there field of work and are great at explaining/walking me through my computer problems. I'm pretty illiterate when it comes to computer programs and how compatible certain program versions are with my PC. Global PC Consultants provide convenient service by coming to you. You do not have to hassle about unplugging and transporting your computer. They are friendly and quite easy to talk to.
