Great coffee! Nice relaxed atmosphere. Pretty garden. Polite service. Cafe Sutra is one zillion percent better than Has Beens across the street. 2 for 1 sangria in the evening. The one thing I don't get, though, is that they never seem to open on time in the morning.

Pros: Great coffee and mellow atmosphere

Cons: Doesn't open at posted time in the am

I come here to get my study groove on and guzzle Green Tea Smoothies. Cafe Sutra is the best discovery of the last two years for me, it is always dependable for good drinks, great staff, and lovely atmosphere. Tip these hard workin' baristas well!

I almost missed this tiny place walking home for work. I'm glad I found it! Cozy space, cool decor, super friendly baristas (not sullen hipsters) and high quality coffee drinks. I used to go there to study - they have free wi-fi - but I went back on Friday with a couple of friends and discovered that they have Happy Hour with $3 beers and $5 glasses of wine. Good pastries and wraps too! I'm a regular now. Support this nifty hangout.

I love Cafe Sutra. It's a much needed haven in the neighborhood and the atmosphere can't be beat. It's got a very eastern feel and local artists displayed on the walls in a monthly rotation. The drinks are phenomenal, but overall a wee bit more expensive than other comparable places in the area - especially the pastries (though they are to die for so it makes it worth it). The cafe offers great study or small group meeting place (though more than 2 or 3 people would have a hard time gathering as the cafe itself is small), and the free wi-fi is rare in this neighborhood and much appreciated! But it would be nicer if more than just the 2 or 3 electrical sockets near the back of the cafe worked. The beer and wine service is a nice change of pace if you come in late at night or on the weekend. Overall, I'd highly recommend this cafe to everyone. I come in very often and would be lost without it :)

Pros: atmosphere, drinks, friendly staff

Cons: size, seating near working electrical sockets limited for those working on computers

I love cafe sutras coffee. it has its own distinct flavor and Chandra the owner makes the BEST iced lattes. I am a coffee conoseur and this place rocks. Go there and get a full flavored coffee beverage now!

Pros: The coffee!

Cons: hours

The neighborhood has been needing a spot like this - where you can use the wifi during the day and come back for a date later that night. They serve beer/wine at night now, too.

Pros: great coffee

Cons: should open earlier on weekends!

Cozy is the best word to describe this place. Service is not rushed, and there are so many great treats to be found. Be careful if you're an impulse buyer. You may walk out with a lot more than you bargained for. I ran in for a quick latte, but a lot of folks apparently go for to use the Wifi. Now as for the latte, OH MY GOODNESS! Flavor for days. It's a bit of a hike for me, but I'll definitely go back.

Pros: Cozy, intimate and the artwork is beautiful

Cons: Not a good place if you're in a rush.

Perfect lattes, mochas, espressos, smoothies, muffins, specialty drinks, etc. The space is perfect, too! I'd go there more than twice a day, everyday, if I lived closer and had the time. Check it out -- you won't be disappointed!

Pros: Ambience, Service, Espresso
