Sir/s I would like to thank-you all for your skills in the rapid repair of my laptop. From initial contact via your website, to you calling me, was a mere 10 minutes. Absolutely superb. I really appreciated the way I was kept informed, (via telephone) as to the state of play, (communication wins 90% of battles) with my machine. The after sales service/repair is beyond reproach. I will, without a shadow of a doubt, reccommend your company to anyone in my business, that have computer problems. Word of mouth through experience, is worth a sight more than any column inches in a 'rag'. Once again, my heartfelt thanks
