My posture and core-strength are noticably better after I took Daniel's pilates class. He is the type of teacher who will push you go further, and gives excellent explanations of anatomy, and how it plays into each exercise. I've been using the fitness ball once or twice a week to "realign" and it really helps. Today, I spent half the day at a museum, and I usually notice that my back and shoulders start to hurt after several hours of standing. However, I was conscious about using my core to hold myself up, and I experienced virtually no pain.
